Wanting to Boost Immune System

For reasons entirely unrelated to PE I am wanting to give my immune system a serious boost. As far as I am aware, I eat reasonably well and I very rarely get ill but still have something minor that I haven't been able to shake. I don't want to go into what exactly as I've tried literally every home or prescribed remedy under the sun for specific condition and don't need suggestions there.
The only remaining answer is simply to have a better immune system with which to fight it off.

Personally, I'm a tad sceptical as I'm not someone who's immune system is generally week but I figure that if anyone can provide a simple answer, you people are probably the ones.

Here's hoping.

Natural fruit blends with many vitamins will help your immune system. This should be included and sometimes a cleansing with only fruit blends for a few days is good too to help the digestive tract. Other that if you're eating well and if you rarely get sick then I don't know what else to help you with. Perhaps exercise if you don't already. Cardio especially.

Your first line of defense is to choose a healthy lifestyle. Following general good-health guidelines is the single best step you can take toward keeping your immune system strong and healthy. Every part of your body, including your immune system, functions better when protected from environmental assaults and bolstered by healthy-living strategies such as these:

Don't smoke.

Eat a diet high in fruits, vegetables, and whole grains, and low in saturated fat.

Exercise regularly.

Maintain a healthy weight.

Control your blood pressure.

If you drink alcohol, drink only in moderation.

Get adequate sleep.

Take steps to avoid infection, such as washing your hands frequently and cooking meats thoroughly.

Get regular medical screening tests for people in your age group and risk category.
