DLD's Erect Footlong Stretch

Laying on the bed grab your erect penis by the glans using a small piece of paper towel, cotton, theraband , pretty much anything that will allow super grip . Stretch downward. If you are stretching with your right hand take your left foot and place the heal of that foot on the top of the hand stretching downward. In this position you can increase the stretch as much or as little as possible. I hold the stretch for as long as I can, usually my hand will get tired (maybe 2 minutes). Then I get myself 100% erect again and I switch hands and feet. (Left hand stretches down while right heal aides in the force). I will do this after my girth workout and spend about 15 minutes doing it.

I did these for the first time about a week ago and I could not do length for 2 days due to the crazy soreness I felt in the ligs. I felt like a newbie :)
