Hello redzulu, in your opinion do you think I should do this after the newbie routine because I have been doin the newbie routine for about a month and I'm thinking about given it another month, no gains yet. Do you think a gain of about half an inch is attainable in 4 months? Thanks again.
 
Give it a go yes. It will help you as this uses more intensity but focus and learn technique as you progress. YES its possible to gain half an inch in 4 months, sensible goal actually.
 
Hey redzulu this is jibarra85 again whit another quick question. When I stretch my penis in any way or side I dont roll my foreskin back, I'm uncut, is this method okay? I tried Rollin my skin back several times but it's too painful for me. I know I will probraly gain more foreskin this way but I'm okay whit it as long as length comes aswell.

I'm completely new to Penis Enlargement and I'm wondering if it's okay for a beginner like me to start with the length routine you have posted.
also, a few questions that may come off as a bit newbie:

I'm 18 years old, is it too early for me to be starting Penis Enlargement?
I take blood flow enhancers to help me perform better when working out. Will working out or taking these enhancers result in anything disastrous while performing Penis Enlargement?
I don't own a power assist. will any of these exercises in the length routine be impossible for me now?
I'm not very sure what the terms kegels, reverse kegels, and rotaries are, or how to perform them..
About the expressive stretching exercise, I'm just wondering if there is a way to do these without the power assist being that I am very low on funds.
*Edit* I would also like to know if working on solely length would have some sort of negative affect on my girth, and vice versa.

Also, the "Blue Whales Ultimate Penis Enlargement exercise" link is not working for me.

Sorry to trouble you so much, I'm just looking for a general direction to start training in. Thanks for all the help.

I have dicided to give your routine a try. When I tried DLD blasters after a 5 minute warm up i got a bunch of dark blue and small red spots on my penis which is blood vessels popping, my question is this a normal occurence for DLD blasters or did I do something wrong. I held each blaster for 30 seconds with 10 kegeles and 10 anti kegels. I know this will pass in a few days, but I just wanted to get some feedback on this.

Hi RED, i'm a Penis Enlargement noob, and I'm 6x6 so obviously I'm more concerned with gaining length 1st !

Do you recommend starting with DLD's newbie routine or your Length routine ?
 
I'd start with mine, its more gentle for a starter and less time to spend at first. DLD's is of course excellent but is more time spent which can put off newbies.
 
Hey RedZulu2003 thanks for the info. I'm new to this and overwhelmed with the different routines, products, stretches etc. I want a routine that I can stick to that last about 30 min a day. Can you recommend a tutorial or Video?
 
Hi. If you look back to page 1 of this thread right at the start the length and girth routine last 30 mins each and I have them split on different days. You may want to try that or just stick to either a girth/length regimen for the start. We have videos http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?35-Members-Video-Forum but many of these exercises can be grasped from the descriptions.

If you need further assistance ask in here or elsewhere on the forums where a member will gladly assist.
 
I just began the length only routine because it is a great combination of length exercises. I just started doing dld blasters and am hoping those will help me but i just had elbow surgery which has given me a month off but i can't wait to start again.
 
Ok so Im kind of new to Penis Enlargement, I´ve tried it before but quit...My only concern is girth. Is it ok if I start with this excercise??
