Yo!

I'm in a phase in my life where I've decided to change everything.. Had a real wakeup call so to speak. My physical health (and thus mental) is at an all time low.. So, on tuesday I decided to change everything. To start eating healthier and start exercising again. I'm overweight, I'm 190 cm tall and weigh 108 kg (when I checked on tuesday).. and my waistline is 109 cm. :-O

I have done Penis Enlargement before, for four months (April 2000 - August 2000), and of course a few months on and off throughout the years. I have gotten quite good gains.. Went from 15.3 cm to 18.4 cm EBP, and those gains have never gone away. Girth went from 12.8 to 14 cm. Have kept most of that (currently at 13.5 cm midshaft). But, my visible erect length has shrunk from 16.5 to 14.8.. :/ But that's because of my overweightness.. I still have my 18.4 cm BP. But my erections last about 3 seconds unless I stimulate it physically (wank that is).

As I said I'm changing my entire life.. I'm counting on my erections becoming stronger as I lose weight and do Penis Enlargement without stopping for weeks or months as I have done in the past.

I was wondering, since my penis is quite used to Penis Enlargement, should I jump straight into phase 2 or start from scratch at phase 1?

Looking forward to finally deflowering my girlfriend rofl

I'd do as DLD advises guys starting the phase routine and start with phase 1. Welcome back by the way. Been a while since I've seen your screen name posted anywhere!

I've seen your older stuff from Penis Enlargement Forum BDS, glad to see you made it here. Also congrats on the gains, those are impressive for a short amount of time. Care to share your routine you used?

Sure thing Gandolf. :) Glad to see you here too. =)

The gains I got for those four months came from a basic routine:

5 minute hotwrap.

5 mins stretch forward, 5 upward, 5 downward, 5 left and 5 right. Come to think of it, this was quite an intense routine to begin with. =) After stretching followed jelqing.. 250 first week, these were rather fast jelqs.. At the end of the fourth month I think I was up to 700 or so.

The girth came from a period after these four months were over... Mainly by doing squeezes. (Squeeze at base and just below head).

That's about it. =)

Hey DLD, I'm doing fine.. at least now when I've taken responsibility of my life again. =) I'm visiting my GF next week, so after that I'll start doing Penis Enlargement again. Man, I can't wait! =D Hope you are doing fine DLD! =)
