Yes but check other videos to get the general idea of how to wrap.

Wrapping, in itself, is a art form that needs to be explored and mastered. What works for one may not work for the other. Search out the many ways of wrapping in the wrapping forum and try them until you find what works best for you. Personally I like the way Stillwantmore wraps in his hanging tutorial. what I can say is the wrong wrap will cause pinching and pain and make even the lightest weight painful but with the right wrap there will be no pinching or pain, just heavy hanging. Before I learned Still's wrap I could not even hang 10 pounds without pinching and pain. Once I mastered Still's wrap I could hang up to 70 pounds with no pain.
