I've been wearing the Sizegenetics at least 5-6 hours a day. At least. Its been over a month now and absolutely nothing has happened.
The last couple weeks, Ive been upping the tension to the point where I have to take it off every 30-60 minutes because its pulling so hard.

When I wear the device, I set the tension to the point where the first line is just being covered on the hexagonal bars. I have no idea how anybody is supposed to wear this thing much further past that point. When I turn the screws to apply more pressure to try to reach another bar, the device just keeps pulling my dick further and further to the point where its too painful to go anymore before it even begins to reach the second line on the hexagonal bars. There is no question that there is a lot of tension on my dick when Im wearing the thing. Either my dick will slip out of the holder or my skin feels like its going to rip off before that device starts covering other bars.

So like I said, I have been pulling on my dick now with the device for a month now and haven't grown so much as a millimeter. I was so paranoid this was going to happen when I decided to shell out the money for this thing.

Final question. Does anybody out there actually wear their sizegenetics with the tension set past the last bar? How many bars are you able to wear yours past? Im really having a hard time believing that Im supposed to be able to withstand the full tension on this thing.

Most people do not like to hear that just using their tool (Bathmate, pump, SG or whatever) doesn't do shit. You still need to warm up, jelq, do your bundled stretches and more.

I'd use the SG after an intensive routine where your ligaments and tunica are loosened out. I just dont see how you can't gain after keeping the penis elongated after a good manual session.
 
In addition to what has been said I would include Bundled Stretches before each session, this is a big reason some men do not see gains as fast as others, they have a tough Tunica and need a pre-stretch to allow for elongation or expansion. I also agree with reading through SRT as it will give you much better direction to gaining faster. Lastly, do not become discouraged, everyone gains it just takes some adjustments to make it happen.

Oh Wow. Thanks! What a gold mine. I am new to all of this so this is insanely helpful. Thanks to everybody responding. I'd like to ask one more thing about stretching before using the Sizegenetics.

When I manual stretch, I noticed I can put much more force on my dick with my hand manually and comfortably then I can with the SG. Is this okay or does the SG really need to mention the force of my manual pull?

Second, I have heard some conflicting things when it comes to SG and PE. I have heard that when using a SG device, that simply said, more hours worn equals faster/more growth. But then on the other hand I have heard that a big part of PE is the rest period for rebuilding. Somebody who wears the SG for 24/7 should growing faster than the person who isn't taking rest days? Can somebody clear this up? Thanks
 
IMO if you're saying that your skin hurts it sounds like your grip isn't 100% good. I only start stretching after I i got a perfect, comfortable wrap. I never personally used the sizegenetics but check out different wrapping techniques on the forum. Are you sure that you're exclusively stretching the inside of the penis (the ligaments)??

When someone's completely new to PE, wouldn't it be better to get conditioned before starting bundled stretches? And do you see one month of SG use only as conditioned enough?

Not at all, Bundled Stretches can be done by a newbie and they should be as they will allow for much greater influence on girth or length. I do suggest to practice lightly until you are sure you have mastered them but everyone should master them and be using them before every workout.

Rest is needed. I say take it slow. Do manuals then after you've gained a bit add the SG
