Hey quick update. But I'm thinking of changing my length workout for my dick.
I used to hang 1 hour a day hanging weights at 35 lbs and slowly built my way up to it by adding 0.5 kg each week. But realized I think the turnica has grown stronger and there's a thing called steel cord treatment.
And used to pump forblength for 10 mins a day. Now I've realized I think it's time to switch over to something else and try something new. Maybe using extenter or ADS as example.
Or using something in different. Be use in my opinion. You can't just keep using the same thing over and over again any ideas or suggestions?
