Just wanted to thank Lightening for helping me with a small issue I came across. Purchased almost everything in the store, and every product has been well worth it. Thanks again for the excellent customer service.
 
This is what happens when we take control of the products, we’re able to offer our customer service and our customer service exceeds any other company out there. You’re dealing with the two owners of the business every day. Lightning and I are here every day so were able to see where we need to make improvements and where we need to make changes. Our greatest source of design and function is the feedback we get from the brothers here.
 
I second that the customer service(dld, lighting and forum) is outstanding any problems or questions you get a response almost immediately. Ive had 2 issues and lighting has gotten back to me immediately and rectified the problem n sent out replacement just as fast. Not to mention the products are pretty amazing too, my penis is happy so far lol.

We want to make your stay here happy and without stress. Now that we are in control of our products and our customer service everything has changed for the better!

We had to deal with Customer Service when we had affiliates and they never could do anything for us, every request was a pain and their time getting back to people was ridiculous if they even got back to people. Today you get Customer Service instantly directly from us who build the product, us?
 
Yeah the customer support is rather good isn't it. Puts others to shame.

Every company we’ve ever dealt with as disappointed us. That’s why am so glad we have such good customer service. I think most people just got used to shit custom service. Companies not knowing customer is everything!
