So I've been using my bathmate every day since august of last year, and my extender for years. I always noticed that if I went too hard with one or the other that my EQ would drop pretty quick. With that being the case, I was a little reluctant to do the wine vac mod, but I figured I'd give it a shot for ten bucks. I was afraid that it would crush my EQ with the added intensity, but that hasn't been the case! In fact, after using the mod for a few weeks my EQ is better than it was before, I don't get it. Maybe I was acclimated to the X40 and it wasn't doing what it used to with the same suction. There is no possibility of that now because you can just keep adding pressure with the wine vac.
 
wine vac or the hand pump is probably a lot healthier considering you arent smashing the pump into your pelvis. still helps to go in hard tho
 
Worst part about EQ is the minute you begin to worry about it things get worse. It's always a struggle to teem your partner that while the mind is more than willing it's the body having issues.

Glad to hear that the wine vac mod gave you an extra bonus. I haven't done it yet as I've only been using the Bathmate for about a month. I'm going to keep going as is for a while before I do it. I want to get as much out of the regular Bathmate as I can before I apply more suction

Obsession will cause mental EQ and this is proven by masturbation. If you are able to become erect on your own in masturbation then this is a mental problem. If you can not become erect in any state then this is an issue the doctor should examine. But it is true, the more you worry about poor eq, the more it will plague you.
 
I'm just really surprised the added work load actually improved EQ, I could have bet money it would have the opposite effect. But I guess it shows you never really know until you try, everybody has their sweet spot.

Yup, you never know till you try,,,what works for one may work for all but sometimes what works for one only works for one :) In this case personal exploration is so important.

Be careful, you don't want to keep adding pressure consistently. You need to look out for possible bleeding or injuries from extreme pumping pressure.

Indeed. You don't want to high pressure, you want optimal pressure, and trust that the process will get you gains in the long run. It's a marathon and not a sprint.
 
Yo, squirt inducer was that you who e-mailed me and said you would get in contact with me? What is the key to girth growth because I blow up to fill 2”(not much) but much more than 1.75 but the next day all gone. For over a year now. Bathmate, mitty vacs. You need to embrace a specific mindset: It's a marathon and not a sprint.
With time: If the Tunica is stretched constantly outside it's normal erected state (the state: outside the pump), with time you will get permanent changes, this was something I learned from @DLD.

Temporary gains lead to permanent gains. As girth expands with each session so does the Tunica. As the Tunica is slowly stretched permanent girth is established. It is a process that will repeat itself until you get to your goals.

This mindset helped me a lot in my journey to modify my penis to become bigger, even when I'm just starting my journey.
At the moment you may think you haven't got any gains, but if you keep at it, they will come, that is: If you got the right amount of intensity,
determination and discipline.
@jvf1 Do you only pump in your pumping/girth routine? If so, I suggest that you incorporate some Jelqing and Slow Squash Jelq (SSJ) into your routine, to further facilitate your penis permanent girth (also some length, but focusing on girth) expansion.

I personally did regular Jelqs when I started to use Bathmate pumps, at this time I didn't know about MOS. I haven't done the SSJ so much but many people here at MOS say they are good for girth work.

@jvf1 - Can you share with me your pumping routine?
How many days a weak? Some here at MOS have the mindset that to much rest can be inhibitory for optimal gains. Myself I feel like 24 hours is all the time for the penis to heal itself if you need that. I took 2 days of rest on my pumping routine, and that was not good. You need to figure this out for yourself, that is: What works for you?
I think after some years of pumping, I will indeed take some rest to see where I'm at in relation to my permanent girth.
If you want length? I think you should incorporate a stretching routine into your PE.

y the way: Here are my girth routine, but I think I will change the regular Jelqing to Slow Squash Jelq (SSJ).

: You do not need to buy so many Bathmate pumps as I have done (it was a: Newbie mistake), If you have room to expand in girth and length in the pump, you are good to go.
Eventually with time, you will get permanent expansion.

I'm not an experience PE guy get (only been doing it ~ 2 months), I haven't been able to increase my length in any substantial way jet (but I have got more length expansion in the pumps), I hope the Length Master will get me to the next level.

Some personal thoughts and experiences with girth routines and stretching routines:
I have got some permanent girth gains, but it's a slow process. Sometimes you may think you got permanent gains immediately after pumping (when you are new to PE, and don't know anything).
I did that mistake in the beginning when I didn't know better. I thought all the thickness of my penis was permanent growth., @hugh[I]-girth[/I] corrected me on this. If you do not know about the secret that, temporary gains will become permanent gains in the future, It can be easy to mistrust the process and just give up.
- Don't give up: Keep it up every day. But keep in mind, some people may need some rest days during the week, but I personally got the mindset that you can always do something. If you have 20 minutes over, do some stretching routine.
Or you could: Wake up at, 04:15 AM to get in a 30 minutes stretching routine in, before your day starts (for: school/work...), and do some more PE routines at the evening when you get home... just keep at it.


(Regarding your curiosity in making a woman squirt, It's not hard. But I think I need to post this in a different part of this forum. I will link this to you at a later time.

I cant do Jelquing or the The srt program-I have carpal tunnel syndrome and the wrists hands cant do all that twisting and yanking anymore.
I can use the bathmate quite well but only under water,
Th mitty vac is better but Nothing permanent. I think Dld slipped in that the tunica gradually gets bigger-IN girth-are you saying the elastic part with only 5% ability to change actually stretches in girth and it is not the blood vessels getting pumped with blood. If so, it does not seem to be happening for me. I have been doing the pumping for a long time, now 1-2 years. Not completely steady but at least every week-
That is not enough I take it.
I dont rest on the length work, for the first year it was a batlle over blisters and ripped skin but now I have that under control with-hydrocolloid bandages-if you pop the blister and put 1 of these types of bandages on it you can get back to work in 2 days and not the week it usually takes. Now I am using the white maedical tape with regular bandages and then a layer of thick mole skin and new skin liquid bandage. It makes a head cap that I havent had any blisters with, even though i use vacuum for the size dr, stealth device, sili-stretcher and the weight hanging.
Most advice will tell you not to pop blisters and if you are not obsseesive like me I would say dont do it, it can become easily infected(I use tea tree oil and antibiotic on it) and it does hurt and if you dont use the hydrocolloid or pull it off to soon the sore willexpand and it will really hurt and take about 10 days to heal. But I have no choice-it doesnt matter what I do I get blisters-well not anymore now that I am making these caps.
Are you talking about fingers pressing up on the g-spot-3 or 4 inches in,very fast and very hard fr squirting. That is not something any woman I am with would lay there and allow me to do as an experiment to see if I can get her to squirt. There are other ways to do it or so I have seen. But the hand technique is not anything that will ever come up in a sex situation. Orgasm with tongue is very easy and quick for me.

Ok-So who is who here Huge girth-You already have huge girth and squirt inducer you have just got into this and want to have huge girth or is 5.5” the diameter of your dick which would make you 17” in circumference. Which would put you in super human category.

Let me jump to the lengthmaster which I find is very good as a torture device and as a way to get bruises and cuts all over and even make my balls and scrotum sore. Also, making this huge welt at the frenulum area. It seems like it is trying to rip my frenulum in 1/2 and the sides of it are swelling up trying to protect it from getting ripped.
How are you using this thing without suffering
I have watched all the begiiners videos and was doing the 13 angle stretches for 11/2 minutes at each angle-about 20-30 minutes but this thing has caused me blisters even on the shaft, black and blues, blisters on the head…
let me see if I am doing something wrong. I wrap it with an ace bandage and some medical tape to lock it down, no matter how I try I cant get it locked down at the root but the skin-scrotum moving causes the lock down to be about 1/2 way into the middle. Then I screw the screws down I have to go all the way down until the connectors are completely flat. Screwed all the way-so it is crushed flat, any less and the whole scrotum will slide forward and pull the thing towards the head an it will loosen and slide to the head and that will cause damage. After it is locked all the way down. I will twist it until I cant twist it anymore(should I only twist it 1 x or until it stops?) Then yank on it in the 13 directions. I tried just yanking on it much lighter than full force last night and made a cap out of the moleskin and didnt get any blisters but it did get a bruise and the frenulum area ballooned up until it looked like a bullfrog
 
@jvf1 - Do you use, THERABAND under the ace bandage when you strap your penis down in the length master? I think you should use that.
