Understanding how to measure tension

Good day brothers! Trying to understand how technically measure tension. The MityVac - Wet and Dry Penis Vacuum Pump System comes with a gauge for pressure but with the LengthMaster - Penis Bundle Stretcher & Weight Hanging you really have to after a feel and I understand that. BUT I have an X4 stretcher and have heard and seen it referred to in tension measurements but don’t understand how to measure it. Is there something on the bars that I am missing that provides that? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
 
Tension measurements can be done two ways:

Hanging of free weights:
Using. Small dumbbell weights or the weight packages that come with the LengthMaster 3 - Penis Bundle Stretcher & Weight Hanging big bundle.

When you use this method, never go crazy to the point of "feeling" from the start. Estimate your time under tension throughout PE. First month, 2.5lbs to 3lbs for conditioning. Every 2 to 3 weeks there after, 0.5lb increase that is if you are consistent with your hanging/pulling routines.

I like the idea of this method. A little scared of the weight hanging but I feel as though it is a must in the training.

Can this be modified to use common weights. I have some smaller common weights and I didn't get the elite package that came with weights.

Yes. If you are using either LengthMaster or SiliStretcher - All Day Penis Vacuum Stretcher and Weight Hanger, both can be used for free weight hanging. I used both with free and mechanical weights.

One more quick question. I'm waiting on my MityVac and have a Bathmate that I can use in the meantime. I bought the MityVac because I want to dry pump AFTER hydro pumping and I got MityVac because it has a pressure gauge and it looks like there is either a delay or problem with shipping. A little concerned about pumping without water because it feels a little tougher to "gauge" if I am going too far without it as opposed to with it for me and I would like to get started in the meantime. I figure I can do both with the Bathmate for now. Any advice on how to gauge better when air pumping without a pressure gauge and what I should be careful of? After my little mushroom incident I wanna make sure to look forward with more care. Also, would you advise stretching before girth exercises or after? I figure before but you have been such a good source of advice I figured that I would get as much as I can....lol

Maaaaaan, I just read your post and this was an amazing read! I wish I would have found this site years ago. You dudes are doing an amazing job. I hope this is getting you guys wealthy while helping brothers out. People don't understand what feeling like you are stuck with what you have can do to a man. The sheer motivation that this site has provided me alone is like nothing I have felt before. I have literally stopped watching �naked people movies� because of this site for anything other than getting myself ready to pump until I can master getting aroused without it (a lot of kegel work to do). It's like I am transitioning. I have become waaaaaaaaay more consistent with even my physical workouts in conjunction with this. I have even considered taking Melatonin to help revitalize my sleep and dopamine levels. The science to all of this is pretty crazy. Just want to thank you for the help you have been providing AND that article. Crazy how I asked you about that specifically and then went on to just look for something about it and the first thing I stumbled on was that post!

If you are using air with MityVac or Bathmate, the vacuum pressure is the same between air and water. It's more about the influence of the media being used to help with the penile tissues under pressure. Gauging should be done accurately as possible using the gauge, not the "feels".


Any advice on how to gauge better when air pumping without a pressure gauge and what I should be careful of?
Even with a gauge, if you don't know the lower, moderate, and high pressure, you will constantly get the little blisters/mushrooms. This is why you go up slowly while monitoring the gauge pressures. Start at 3.5inHg, which is the initial internal erectile pressure. 4.5inHg is average across the board for all ages. 5inHg is the starting point for expansion for growth.

When you reach 3.5inHg, stay there for 5 minutes and monitor if your penile shaft and glans are not under strains. If nothing happens, slowly go up to 4inHg for another set of 5 minutes. Nothing happens, go up to 4.5inHg in the next 5 minutes. Stop for the night.

If you don't feel any pain or internal soreness, the next pumping session, your lower pressure is 4.5inHg, or even at 5inHg. From here, condition your penis 0.5inHg to 1inHg every week or 2, or even 3. Slow down, don't go up top fast, or you'll get blisters. Allow your glans and penile shaft to expand and contracts while building up thicker skin.

A nice newbie stretches routine will help to warm up the internal tissues before pumping. This is why I do the LengthMaster routines before pumping. It get the tissues primed to maximize the expansion.

I figure before but you have been such a good source of advice I figured that I would get as much as I can....lol
There are more advices coming from the other brothers. Let them express their routines for gains as well. This is just from me.

This brotherhood builds upon helping each other without antagonism, blames, or discouragement. We face that daily, and we don't need it here. PE is hard as it is already, and negativities will only harm our progresses. We'll do our best to stand in unity.

It's great to have supplemental melatonin to rest, but adding a bit of intense physical workout will also boost your endorphins and oxytocin for a better rest. It also push your PE to the next level. I cycle as much as I can in elevated areas between 800 to 1600 feet ascendance for a few hours every other day when I can. This trains my endurance, stamina, and reinforce my blood flow to get my PE optimized. Whenever I can, I do high elevation hikes around 8,000ft to 12,000ft with my family to strengthen our lungs and further push our push our oxygen absorption to the max. Wish we have areas that can go higher, but, that's 8 hours of driving rather than an hour away.

PE and physical fitness goes hand in hand. Just a 20 minutes jog each day at 5 MPH will generate amazing results. Those who workout at the gym, muscle building around the pelvic region turbo charge their PE as well.

You haven't seen anything yet. Look at one of our brother offering gain calculations/modeling equations that my colleagues and I are still trying to put under testing. Sciences and data results are merely the tip of the iceberg.
