Did another night of it last night. Total of three, 15 minute sets. First two sets were with 25lbs, the last set was 27.5lbs. Woke up this morning, and did a basic manual stretch, just pulling by my glans straight downward, and was totally feeling the fatigue from the work last night! With only about 45 minutes of total hang time!
This really is not anymore resistance than can be had with manual stretching...I'm sure there are many, if not most guys who can stretch with 30lbs++ of resistance. The big difference with hanging though, and perhaps the part of it that requires the biggest learning curve, is the fact that you can KEEP that stretch for several minutes at a time vs. maybe a minute at a time.
Manual stretching kicks my ass personally. Both physically and mentally. My hands get worn out, I know I'm not getting the workout I should be because my hands are tired, and therefor, I just end up quitting, or not putting my all into it.
The biggest challenge for the hanger though is finding out the proper hanger settings through trial and error that allow him to hang with as much resistance as can be had with his hands. After he tackles that challenge, the next big obstacle to overcome is the mental one. The fear of injury. Even I have struggled with this part of it. I still do. He has to realize that his penis can in fact support more weight than he could ever dream of needing to hang from it to take him to his length goals, and that as long as his methods are safe, he will be ok as long as he is carefull and uses some common sense.
