okay so i pump in the morning and then jelq or five mins but ive cut the stretches and pre pump jelq out becasue i still have my inguinal hernia and ill be getting it finally fixed soon but i find that if i dont strech or jelq before pumping ive had almost 100% success rate for the hernia not popping out untill after im done pumping which is quite nice for me since i hate seeing the thing pop out any ways my gains have paid the price i still jelq after pumping but without a strech ive lost a lil something in my hang traction is out of the question becasue its annoying with the hernia but if i could use weights tied around the head for an hour or so that would get my huge flaccid hang back but im not sure of any companys who specialize in weights and i knows its not as good as traction but id be safe and its kinda really my only option until it gets fixed right ..........but anyways i wanted to know if i can just do the pump and light 5 min jelq in the morning and then in the night time do a light 5 min stretch of so with my hand and then another 5 min jelq or so i think thats all i'd need to get that huge hung hang back in my step but who knows weights might be a good option too but not sure of any good brands any ways i stumbled on to a concoction of natural viagra here it is 1000 mg of panex ginseng then 1000 mg of l-argine then 100 mg pycnogenol and a scoop of maca in 16 oz of pomogranite juice i have never felt so sexually dominate from any other supplement of the market and i take prosolution pills regularly but dont need that any more i think i found something even stronger i can last like 30 mins without even breaking sweat and keep the same hardness and shoot like a cannon of that concoction i mentioned its a must try but 2 a day advice is all i really need but top supplements would be nice too
