twisted uli's are great for the tunica. i do these whenever i can..
set up for twisted uli by being 80% erect. grab the base with an overhand grip and kegal in as much blood as possible. with the other hand grip just behind the glans as if you were going to stretch. compress the glans and shaft. now twist slowly to the left until you feel slight pain then hold for 5 seconds then right until you feel slight pain , doing these for 1 minute. do a normal uli squeeze for 30 seconds the shake it out. I do 5 reps of these, with each set i increase the twist a little more . these hit the tunica very well and i feel it until the next day

Are you getting length from this? I did these for girth way back when I was working girth...

these are terror on the tunica, i was stuck on a plateau for months. when I added them a few weeks ago i seemed to be gaining. I hadnt measured in 5 months but to my suprise I had added 5/8 inch in length.

Any chance of someone posting a pic of how to perform these properly...I don't know that I'm grasping the concept entirely. Any help would be much appreciated, thanks!

oopapercut, use you left hand to squeeze the base, kegal in as much blood as you can then grip tightly. you should be engorged. use your other hand with an overhand grip, grab the head (head positioned in the palm of your right hand and close your hand. your index and middle fingers should be encircling the shaft and your ring finger and pinky finger should encircle the head, compress you hand tightly . while holding your left hand totally still, rotate you right hand first to the left until slight pain is felt. hold that for 5 seconds, then rotate to the right. release your grip, shake it out then set up again. do 5 sets. with each set rotate a little farther which increases the pain and stretch on the tunica. hope this helps... if not, dld may be able to do an illustration for you as i have no way to do that.

I'd try it it but he said you should feel slight pain which would probably kill my erection.
Maybe toward the end of my session I can throw one in when i have a little less turgidity.

Old but good thread. These would be a great way to deform the Tunica but be careful, they are a pretty dangerous movement.

The amount of PE ideas in MOS can turn you into a PE guru over night just be reading and following the instruction.

I think one of the reason i haven't gained the way i want is because of the tunica .... i think the Bundled stretches are effective...

I have recently really been pushing for men to include Bundled work into their routines. I will write an article tonight giving some good ideas and reasons for what will work best and why. I want to spend the awareness of hitting all important parts of the penis to accelerate gains.

Be careful when twisting the penis while it is erect. At pone point, if there is too much intensity, it could cause a rip in the Tunica bringing on Peyronies. I am all for advanced exercises but I am also very careful to warn men to take things slow and easy until you know just what is going on.

Always and forever take caution with these extreme exercises. Many of these types should be labeled with CAUTION at the thread title.

nice bump, gonna try these tonight!

I always do bend-jelqs you get me but twists add a different facet of breakdown. By seeking all the different expanders, im basically just evading clamped jelqs %)
Wow I hadn't known these are the ancestor to t-pain jelqs, (a twisted jelq that I invented last year).

I also wanted to give credit where credit is due; This exercise was created by GermanStallion in 2003.
