hitting a different angle

they hit everywhere technically because they're twisted and you can do it in ever direction too!

Not at all, a re-hash of a great exercise is always a good thing. Many things are repeated here, it happens.

Consider a newbie, they will come and see thousands of threads and have no clue where to start and we will repeatedly say use the Newbie Routine or look at the SRT routine. In all my time I have found it to be much easier to answer the question again rather than look for an old thread. So with exercises there may be 5 that are the same exercise with different names, this can also add to the confusion.

Well it's great for newbies to be inspired and think of new ways but i would personally hate to break it to them that an exercise has already been invented. I think we need a 1 page thread with ALL the exercises ever made so that we can review them and possible become more familiar and have a better idea of what is missing.

twisted uli's are great for the tunica. i do these whenever i can..
set up for twisted uli by being 80% erect. grab the base with an overhand grip and kegal in as much blood as possible. with the other hand grip just behind the glans as if you were going to stretch. compress the glans and shaft. now twist slowly to the left until you feel slight pain then hold for 5 seconds then right until you feel slight pain , doing these for 1 minute. do a normal uli squeeze for 30 seconds the shake it out. I do 5 reps of these, with each set i increase the twist a little more . these hit the tunica very well and i feel it until the next day

With the SSJ, I won't bother myself with doing Ulis. Mityvac and SSJ changed the game.
