Hey what's up, I've been exercising on the newbie routine for a week. So far it seems to have made my head bigger. But I was wondering if it's okay to work out twice a day. Like doing the the three reps of stretching, 300 jelqs, a even the kegels. Will this effect gains? Thanks in advance.
 
Yes, if you can fit in twice per day, DO IT TWICE. Your gains will likely double. Not kidding you. Some guys like to train the girth and length portions separately, but you can do them together; once in the morning, once in the evening.

Two sessions are ALWAYS better than one, even if the total workload is the same.
 
Yeah I agree with Goldmember. I started doing hard wet jelqs twice a day for 30 minutes and have had noticeable gains in one week and the gains are still rolling in.
