Update:

In another thread I asked someone if they really needed two hands to stretch with a LM. That got me thinking, do I really need two hands to stretch bare handed? Sometimes, yes. :) But I've also found that if I use plenty of baby powder and twist my grip (can include pictures if needed) I can often get a pretty good stretch with just one, leaving the other to hold back skin.

So now I have either a hand or a cock ring to hold back skin.

Question:

When I'm using my hand (much more effective than cock ring) I can really feel the skin stretching along the underside of my shaft. So much so, in fact, that this stretch of the skin is what limits the stretch! That is, when I'm really doing a great job of holding that skin back, I'm not (currently) able to stretch the tunica and ligs like I otherwise would.

My question is: am I being too strict about the skin now? Or is this just a phase I need to work through until the TN goes away and the skin is no longer a limiting factor?

Yes you’re being way too strict. As you have seen your hand is much better than a cock ring. So I understand your predicament that you’re talking about. There is still skin stretched happening at the extreme base near the scrotum. In time this will loosen up but if you want to loosen it up immediately simply do the testicle Health massage and stretch and you’ll see the skin stretched very quickly then from that point forward anchor that hand at the base so you’re only getting shaft stretch.
 
Good question. I also have one ;) does anybody uncut stretch with the foreskin pulled back? when I try this, it seems to help allot, and not needed to hold at the base so much.

If they do not pull the foreskin back they’re not stretching their penis they’re stretching the skin. If you are uncut it is totally necessary to retract the foreskin and stretch from the base of the head. I understand that this is uncomfortable but that only happens in the first 4 to 6 weeks. After that you’ll find so much more comfort in retracting the foreskin, it will not be as oversensitive allowing you to stress with complete comfort and make gains much faster

After experiencing with both ive concluded that i can get a better stretch without pulling foreskin back.I feel the stretch in my ligs more

Two other good threads are the newbie routine’s testicle Health massage and stretch.

Also look at the stretching videos from phase 1 on the member site at www.mattersofsize.com/access and watch all of the model anchors one hand at the base pulling back all turkey neck, while he stretches with his other hand. This will prevent any further turkey neck from happening.
 
There has been a lot of interest in the dreaded Turkey Neck. The technical name for this condition is penoscrotal webbing. Unfortunately, with poor Penis Enlargement form, penoscrotal webbing becomes a problem. If you don't know what it is I have attached a picture showing it at the bottom of this post.

The reason Penis Enlargement can make this condition worse is due to the massive skin stretch that happens through Penis Enlargement. To many men it may seem like a nightmare but there are, surgery-free, methods of correcting and avoiding this problem.

When most men stretch their penis the skin, running along the bottom of the shaft, connecting to the scrotum, stretches with it. Since skin is so easily stretched it begins to bag towards the bottom of the shaft over time and the webbing becomes more pronounced. Visually, it makes the penis appear shorter than it really is. In some cases the webbing can go up past the half mark making a penis that is 5" appear to be half of that.

How can you avoid or correct this? The first and most important thing is using a dual grip in stretching. If anyone has ever watched my videos they will see that I grip my penis below the glans with one hand but the other is affixed, firmly at the base and for good reason, I am holding the skin at the scrotum back. This allows me to stretch my penis without stretching the skin at the scrotum. I will ask Jaz to give me a clip of one of my videos so you can see this first hand. Another thing that contributes to this issue is pulling too much foreskin up while stretching. I understand that this makes for a more comfortable stretch but be sure that you are not pulling too much up. In cases where a user is looking to restore his foreskin by pulling the foreskin up it is important that he uses the dual grip to be sure the skin stretch is not coming from the scrotum.

Wrapping the scrotum is another method I found to be incredible. This is easily accomplished with a standard ace bandage. Get your scrotum nice and relaxed using the Testicle Health Stretch and Massage (which is also a incredibly fast way to eliminate webbing), once relaxed wrap the ace bandage around the scrotum being sure to strap back as much skin is you can being sure to leave a small amount for stretching. Once wrapped you can continue with standard stretching without fear of additional skin stretch.

As I stated above, The Testicle Health Stretch and Massage is an incredible way to eliminate webbing for good. The exercise also allows your scrotum to hang lower which allows the penis to hang much longer in flaccid state. This exercise can be done twice a day as a way to stop and reverse webbing.

I hope this helps the guys looking to eliminate this issue from their penis.
After two months PE.. I noticed it too : while jelqing my ok grip at the base is disturbed by too much scrotum skin.. I am afraid I will make things worse. It's still not as worse as on the picture but I am a bit scared now to progress with my daily workouts..

No longer do jelqing, It is an outdated exercise that will cause TN. Switch to the SSJ and you’ll no longer have this issue with skin. Also check out the way I stretch by going to www.mattersofsize.com/access. Go to the audiovisual section and download any stretching video and you’ll see that when I stretch I always anchor a hand at the base to prevent any skin coming up from the scrotum. It is also imperative that you do the testicle health massage and stretch as this will re-distribute the skin from the shaft back down towards the scrotum.

Thanks DLD.. I still have a few doubts about the stretch in the THM.. In my opinion the problem is too much scrotum skin due to a wrong penile stretch method (one hand) but if you stretch the balls down you stretch the scrotum skin between balls and shaft and isn't that just the problem?? : too much skin? Did you ever receive any positive feedback from a brother with this problem who tried to solve it with THM? Sorry for all these questions but I don't wanna make this skin issue worse.. Maythe help of the anchor hand is valuable info for all newbies

many people have greatly benefited from this in many ways. It definitely quickly brings you a much larger flaccid girth and length. And when it’s done correctly and you’re bringing the skin downward towards your scrotum you’re causing the skin to displace itself lower on the shaft, hence less shaft skin. The anchor hand is vital. I made a 4 inch gain with no turkey neck because I practiced anchoring my hand at the base so no skin from the scrotum to be stretched.
 
I realize now I 've been stretching for 2 months in an inappropriate way. From now on with anchor hand.. It feels a bit weird in the beginning, especially the retracted foreskin which is very sensitive, sometimes painful but I guess I' ll get used of it.. Thanks for your directions DLD.. I try the THL twice a day from now..

you’re very welcome my brother and take your time and be gentle with yourself there’s not a rush. Eventually the sensitivity issues will fade away and you’ll be on your way to effortless stretching. I am very glad you’re using one hand to anchor the stretch. The reason men get turkey neck is they do not anchor a hand at the base to hold back scrotum skin. And when men do this the turkey neck will never happen. I have gained 4 inches in length and have absolutely no turkey neck. The reason for this is to fold, 1) I anchor a hand at the base when stretching and 2) I do the testicle health massage and stretch every day. If these two practices are put in place you’ll never ever ever get turkey

This is so important, I hope every brother have this implemented in their penis enlargement program. You will be able to gain faster as well, when there are no skin restrictions.
