I recently found out about this and don’t know if it would make a spectacular difference but may help break up plaque and loosen up the tunica for PE. Any thoughts? I’ve tried it with a spoon a couple of times and it seems to help with the little bit of pain on my right side. Here’s what an advertisement says about it:

This tool is perfect for tunica release. The ancient Gua Sha technique targets deep tissue, breaks up adhesions, and promotes better circulation.

As a warmup to your training sessions, apply gentle pressure while gliding over lubricated skin in smooth, outward strokes. This can give you improved expansion because it's relaxing and preparing the tunica.”

Even BD says for no one less than 6 months of PE. It's something new I just found out about as well although BD has a youtube video on it from over a year ago. I don't have any pros or cons on it, we just need more analytics on this.

A few of the brothers here use them, including myself. My wife uses it for her muscle tissues that are sensitive or simply in pain due to tightness and tenderness from aging issues. Natural and hollistic.

It's been practiced for many centuries in the PE arena in the Asian countries. This is for those who live in the cities due to stresses and lack of sexual activities. The saying, "If you don't use it, you'll lose it" does validate quite a bit.

How do you think this applies to masturbation?

I didn’t know this. Interesting.

Pe has played a part in many places around the world for hundreds of years.
Try thousands of years. It's dated as far back as 2,950BC by the ancient Asiatic and early Byzantine Empires.

Unfortuntely, masterbation doesn't produce the same hormone-rich release compared to real sexual intimacy. This is why PIED from masturbation and adult movies don't produce the same amount of engaged hormonal activities as "being in love" or "chasing skirts" under the pretense of "one night stand". It has been documented widely since 1980s.

I have been doing the Gua Sha using a Gua Sha tool after seeing BD's videos a few months ago. I think the tech is beneficial for those who are PE vets and 6 months practitioners.

I noticed less edema from pumping after tunica scraping using a Gua Sha blade.
