"Tunica and Lig Correlation?"

Hey guys, just wanted to make sure I wasn't contradicting myself when I do my tunica stretches 15 minutes after my lig stretches . Any information on if these have any effect on each other, being done in such a short time frame?

just maybe the fact that all streaches usually effect both, just some hit the ligs more, and some hit the tunica more.

It does make sense that most stretches affect both. Some exercises like the V-Stretch really hit the ligs more though.

I really don't think you're contradicting your exercises. I don't think you can ever do enough length work!

Ok good, my routine now is 20 minutes lig stretching and 20 minutes tunica stretching . I just wanted to make sure that this was ok. :)

I wouldn't see how it could possibly be a problem. I do the same thing, and it works for me. I don't believe you have anything to worry about by doing both tunica and lig stretches in your routine.
