I have been rocking these at the end of my Pulse 110 routine. These are a simple exercise to perform but extremely powerful. I do 10-thirty second holds. The LIG stretch is crazy nice.
Tub Stretches
While sitting on the edge of the tub grab your penis from behind you just below the glans. Now stretch downward into the tub. This creates a nice angle and some very good tension.
