Hi guys, I'm new here but not to exercise. I've tried stretches and exercises before in the past (about a year or so ago) but stopped. Now I've picked it back up, or rather gone all out with it compared to before, spending a good 30-45 min. a day for about 2 months now, and also using my new Bathmate for about a month. I've already noticed positive signs of gain, most being girth; I figure because of the Bathmate. However, I am also seeking advice in one particular area that I just can't seem to make a difference in, (albeit I haven't been exercising long it is my main goal and was also what I wanted most out of exercise before I stopped a year ago) and that is the curvature of my penis.

Now I've searched and searched for answers. I've read about the syndromes, how to "correct" curve, and stretches for the ligaments. I've also seen some pics of "correction" and gains here on the site for cases close to my own, but not quite the same. I may share a pic of my own growth and testimony, and also show the bend I'd like to correct, but would first like to get the know the forum and the feel of it here if you don't mind. The following best describes the problem I'm facing:

- While fully erect, penis faces DIRECTLY upward, almost 90 degree angle toward ceiling
- While fully or even 80% erect, the penis can't be forced down unless a great deal of pressure is applied downward which in turn can cause pain
- While the curvature is somewhat prevalent in the full length of my penis, most seems to be right at the base
- While almost fully flaccid penis does not hang, though it has the potential to, but is instead held up by what seems to be the ligaments
- Not so much a problem but rather a good thing in some ways, when I get hard I'm a rock, like REALLY hard, which makes bending the penis almost impossible

So, what I'm looking to get out of my exercise/routine/stretches are as follows:

- Bend correction, mostly that of which is at the base
- A more flexible penis while erect
- A more "hung" look while flaccid (flaccid gains)
- And of course gains in both length and girth (mostly length)

In short my routine so far has been about 10-15 min. of basic stretches in all directions while flaccid, double the stretches being downward, some basic jelqing (though I've slowed down since getting the Bathmate) for about 5 min. while 75% erect, 5 min. of rotary stretches, and 15 min. using the Bathmate.

So, if you guys don't mind, I'd really appreciate some advice on what changes I can make to my routine to start effectively changing my penis according to what I stated earlier. I know what I have here so far is really basic, but that's why I could really use some help. Anyway, sorry this is a bit long, but if you actually read through this, thank you. I hope to hear back soon, and I hope the advice here can help anyone seeking the same type of advice.

The best place to start or restart is always the Newbie Routine. Many men have found that the Newbie Routine will help even out much of the natural curvature issues men have. Using the Bathmate and SizeGenetics will also help big time with a curve. After you have spend some time in the Newbie Routine you could start some more intense work for curve correction like DLD Bends. DOn't go too hard too fast, ease in and become comfortable first.

Hmmm, sounds reasonable enough. Thanks for the reply.
I'm a patient guy really, and as long as I'm sticking with it hopefully things will pan out and the curve straightens.
