ive been doing dld's ssj's wrong the whole time but i get great expansion with this workout. i get near fully erect then jelq to about an inch below my glans then clamp with my hand then squash my glans against a wall while clamped(i literally push my dick against a wall while clamped behind the glans. when i first did these a few months ago i got such great expansion that i stretched my skin so much underneath my glans that i couldn't do these for 2 weeks and i itched so bad for 2 weeks. but after that 1st time its been nothing but smooth sailing.
 
people you really need to try these its the best glan blood circulation and girth for your glans out there. i get no pump like i do with these.

I used to clamp and then put my dick on a table and press down on it. A couple of times I put all my weight down on it (not advised at all).

Getting soild surfaces involved in girth work can be really effective IMO.

try it you wont get better expansion imo. this exercise rocks :rocker:
 
ok I'm tryin to picture this. Is it pee hole directly into the wall? or is it dick up with the underside against the wall? anyone got any pics to describe this better?

pee hole directly against the wall , clamp behind glans at full erection with hands and push.
 
Hey Man Great Idea! I have been trying these out for about 2 days now and have definately experienced something. To me my head looks longer already by at least an 1/8 of an inch. Funny it just does not even look like my head. I have had it for 30 years so have some idea :) Also I am a little over 5.5 in MS girth so I was always able to push a toilet paper roll down past the head and have it stop right below my circ. scar. Today I had a somewhat snug fit trying to get the head in so I know something is working there. Whether it is the actual swelling or any gains will not be known.

I think I am going to do a set everyday (until I can't) for about 5 more days, and then give it a weeks rest to see what I come up with. Thanks for the input.
 
I just tried this exercise for several minutes, and I can say it's a new favorite! It works VERY well while double clamped! I love being able to put most of my body weight into it.
 
I do walls or I do them while lying in bed and just roll onto my cock like a kick stand. I also do stretches where I brace all my weight on my grip hand and then lean away from something like a table or kitchen counter.
 
Man, I feel special when guys make new exercises based on my own, what teamwork! I will try tonight because if Still loves them I will too:)
