Does anyone have a link to the thread that RED had about Tug Of War stretches? There was a lot of good stretches in that thread. I tried to find it and used the search button but couldn't find it.
 
My search function has been pretty flaky ever since the upgrade last week, dunno. The Tug of Way stretch was nothing that innovative though, in my opinion.
 
if thats what im thinking about i tried something like that once, it burns like nothing else when you first try it.
 
seemed to really stretch the tunica, and i think read about a guy on cheeky cherry gaining 1/2 an inch in like two weeks. i dont do it though, i hate stretches b/c of all my skin and for me always seems like its doing more damage than good b/c of the tight grips w/ or w/o rubber gloves, but maybe i was doing too much. maybe ill give it a go again.

Yes its okay to use, you will feel alot of burn in the skin, but nuthing wrong with that.
Its a Torsion exercise, it pulls the penis in opposite ways, alot of negative views I have only heard ... thats cool, alot cant handle the burn pain but as I have a good pain barrier I didnt think anything of it .... try it of its huring go easy, if still hurts fuck it, ditch it and try summut else....or try the '''S''' stretch, same as the TOW but ya angle out to make an ''S'' streth, not as much burn and works well.

Also the guy from CC who gained well with it, his name is Oldie42 just for the record.
And you probably wont find it here anymore, ALOT of my exercise posts have been deleted strangely, I aint gunna re-write them up either in a hurry, hopefully others can help anyone out with my exercises cos I aint having them deleted over and over LOL see ma point?

I tried those Tug Of War stretches once a while ago. I felt the stretch in my skin more than anywhere else, so I never did them again.
 
Hey RED are you sure that these will stretch the tunica and not just the skin?
 
I dunno LOL, I am sure they help the tunicae cos I got a nice strech afterwards with them, but its true I wont lie...the skin is hit hard, so try angleing it to an 'S' or 'V' shape and see if thats less skin......I wont lie about my exercises, this one wasnt one of my HITS so to speak LOL, it was a QUICK way for me to obtain a flaccid stretch, ANYWHERE without doing lazy ass, which Ya cant do in the lockers [yes that syndrome came out near other men, feeling small and all.].

Try it out, see how it goes .... some nutter gained alot from these at CC, so they do work...but it seems the skin pain aint for most men.....true what women say, if we needed to gove birth we would die onthe OP table cos we cant take pain hahahahah j/k cyaz
 
Could someone explain how TOW works? I have problem done it before since I have discovered a whole arsenal but I dont always know the names.
 
BUMPING THIS as TWO Members here are seeing gains from doing this VERY exercise I made over a year ago at PP.
I wont name the members as they PM'ed me so I'll let them both when ready post here with there accounts.

It was promising, both seemed very enthusiastic about it all and say they've seen erect changes, flaccid changes ... one more so than the other.
Also one does these semi to fully erect CONSTRICTED, hence Constricted TOW stretches, also in the Constricter guide I wrote.

If ya want to try something less mainstream soto speak or are at the END of your tether and NEED LENGTH GAINS than give these a try.
If your a clamper than do them clamped.

I'm fully aware of the bad press these have had, i.e. they pull your skin but this is a MINOR side-effect as they work the internal penis in a TENSION-like manner unlike ANY other stretch out there.
This is like your own JEZ-Extender device if you will, but manuel and your strength/grip deciding the length of time spent etc.

I shall also be hammering these in my constrictor sessions, while fully erect and see what happens.

OK, RED, I'll tell everyone about my experience. Yeah, for two weeks now I have been doing TOW stretches. I slip on the ROP before I go to bed and then at about 2:30 in the morning I wake up with hard wood. Then, I slip on a cable clamp (and take ROP off) or sometimes do the stretches without the clamp (in this case I usually leave the ROP on, but sometimes take it off). They are very intense and extreme. I move up the shaft tugging tightly in opposite directions. This is done from 85% to 100% erect. After about 20 mins. of putting a lot of energy into this I am usually sweating. I do it for 20 to 30 mins. I have been on a plateau for 2-3 months now and think that this exercise will get me beyond that. Sometime in the near future I'll measure and hopefully verify that I have made gains. For me, there is not even a hint of possible injury. Warning to newbies, though, this is NOT for you. You will have a great chance of injury if you try it because of the intensity involved which you are not used to yet.
 
My success also came frome doing the constricted TOW strecthes erect.

I figured that was how to do them, I would be 90-100% erect clamped off then I would tug both ways as hard as I could feeling the area between both hands being stretched to the max. I could really feel that I was being stretched while in the erect state which is where my erect gains came from im guessing.

I would do the stretches for about 20-30min and did them nearing the end of my girth routine (so every other day). After about 3 weeks doing them, I decided id measure my girth. I was up 1/8 of an inch hehe which isnt really anything. So then I decided I'd measure NBP lenght and noticed that it was at 9.25. I couldnt believe it, I figured I was measuring differently so I kept measuring and kept getting the same reading.

I measured a few weeks later right before starting my girth routine (my viagra just started to kick in). I measured the lenght again and this time I read 9 3/8 (mind you I was at complete erection from the viagra). The only stretch like excercise I have been doing was the constricted TOW stretches but doing them at near or full erection, so I was stretching my erect penis which must have been where the gains came from.

I wouldnt suggest doing them erect unless you have been Penis Enlargement'ing a few months as I noticed the days I wasnt doing my girth routine I was really sore and could feel the stretch. None the less its a really great way to make gains quick.. either that or Im fast at gaining length and horribly slow at girth.

I must thank RED for the guide he put together!!! I'll send some ruler pics when i FINALLY hit 6 in girth lol

Just to update -- After a month of doing almost nothing but TOW stretches for length I finally decided to measure. It's been 4 months since I've experienced any gains at all. Well, much to my amazement, I finally got over the 7 " plateau. I am now 7 1/8". The TOW stretch works as far as I am concerned, but you've got to do it with real intensity!
 
In my view, i see TOW stretches as being a pretty logical way of stretching the penis.
I mean isnt this in effect how we would go about stretching normal daily objects IE if we are to stretch an elastic band for example, we apply 2 Stretches in opposite directions.
just my thought.
