OK, RED, I'll tell everyone about my experience. Yeah, for two weeks now I have been doing TOW stretches . I slip on the ROP before I go to bed and then at about 2:30 in the morning I wake up with hard wood. Then, I slip on a cable clamp (and take ROP off) or sometimes do the stretches without the clamp (in this case I usually leave the ROP on, but sometimes take it off). They are very intense and extreme. I move up the shaft tugging tightly in opposite directions. This is done from 85% to 100% erect. After about 20 mins. of putting a lot of energy into this I am usually sweating. I do it for 20 to 30 mins. I have been on a plateau for 2-3 months now and think that this exercise will get me beyond that. Sometime in the near future I'll measure and hopefully verify that I have made gains. For me, there is not even a hint of possible injury. Warning to newbies, though, this is NOT for you. It was promising, both seemed very enthusiastic about it all and say they've seen erect changes, flaccid changes ... one more so than the other.
Also one does these semi to fully erect CONSTRICTED, hence Constricted TOW stretches , also in the Constricter guide I wrote.
If ya want to try something less mainstream soto speak or are at the END of your tether and NEED LENGTH GAINS than give these a try.
If your a clamper than do them clamped.
I'm fully aware of the bad press these have had, i.e. they pull your skin but this is a MINOR side-effect as they work the internal penis in a TENSION-like manner unlike ANY other stretch out there.
This is like your own JEZ-Extender device if you will, but manuel and your strength/grip deciding the length of time spent etc.
I shall also be hammering these in my constrictor sessions, while fully erect and see what happens.
Just to update -- After a month of doing almost nothing but TOW stretches for length I finally decided to measure. It's been 4 months since I've experienced any gains at all. Well, much to my amazement, I finally got over the 7 " plateau. I am now 7 1/8".
