Hey everybody just finally joined the paysite today. I love the way everything is setup and thuroughly explained. The way the phases are set up kinda got me thinking about something though. It makes me wonder if I'm overdoing it. I've been spending about 30-35mins a day stretching with bundled a-stretches , bundled upward stretches , and some behind the cheeks stretches . Thing is I'm still new to this stuff, I've only been pe'ing for about 3-4 months and I am just starting to see gains. I'm wondering if I should switch up to some more basic stuff. I worried that if I do to much to fast even though I'm making gains that they will soon come to a hault. Of course I could just be overthinking stuff, I tend to do that sometimes. What do you guys think?

It won't hurt your gains, you just wanna make sure you ease into things for the sake of not injuring yourself.

I've thought this myself in the past. Like, if you get all you can get in the beginning using advanced moves, then what will be the next level up when that eventually stops working?

This was a concern of mine as well. Because of this, I simply decided to follow DLD's phase system to a "T". A couple more weeks remaining on Phase I.

Possibly. But it hinges on an underlying assumption that intensity is the be-all-end-all of Penis Enlargement and that advanced moves are advanced because they are more intense. I'm not too familiar with the range and specifics of DLD's system and the exercises he prescribes but the basics seem to be to cover all the bases. (For instance, stretching in all directions no matter if you've gained well from the ligs already.) I think that the "less advanced" stuff like the dry jelq is still very worthy and that a change in stimulus is the interesting thing here. And if you're gaining with the "advanced" moves then stick with it.
