Hey everybody just finally joined the paysite today. I love the way everything is setup and thuroughly explained. The way the phases are set up kinda got me thinking about something though. It makes me wonder if I'm overdoing it. I've been spending about 30-35mins a day stretching with bundled a-stretches , bundled upward stretches , and some behind the cheeks stretches . Thing is I'm still new to this stuff, I've only been pe'ing for about 3-4 months and I am just starting to see gains. I'm wondering if I should switch up to some more basic stuff. I worried that if I do to much to fast even though I'm making gains that they will soon come to a hault. Of course I could just be overthinking stuff, I tend to do that sometimes. What do you guys think?
