Toilet Stretch

I've always had problems getting a good stretch , my small flacid glans and girth seem to make it difficult to get a good grip . In my bathroom I have a padded toilet seat, and on a whim I tried using it as a fulcrum. I grip normally, that is not overhand, and use both hands to stretch . By positioning myself, I can pull my dick over the padded seat and butt the heel of my hand against the outer edge. Then, I can lean back and get a very intense stretch .

The combination of using two hands, and the fulcrum effect lets me stretch as hard as I dare without losing grip .

I used to slip a bit when doing stretches as well until I started doing two things:

<LI> After my warmup dry my glans with a warm towel to get the slippery moisture off, rubbing slightly around the glans to give myself a better grip
<LI> Using two finger to grip rather than just one. I use the index, middle, and thumb on the bottom. The index is the finger against the glans while the middle can apply more pressure lower down on the shaft away from the sensitive head.

Thanks Cybershot....I agree that drying it off well helps a lot. I'm gripping with all my fingers, I start with the index just as you describe and add all the others. Other exercises, like the "A" stretch call for the reverse style of grip - "overhand" or where your palm faces the floor. I have enough flacid length to get into the "A" stretch , but cannot exert much force with the overhand grip without slipping.

Stretching on the toilet, which you can also do without the "fulcrum" effect, allows you to use your body weight rather than arm strength - your hands only have to grip the penis, not pull. I'm sure the same thing could be done using some type of chair or bench.

Yeah, that's how I've been doing them anyway. For a while now I've been doing the fulcrum stretches on my desk in my room. It's about the perfect height for me to rest my palm on and bend my knees to add pressure to the stretch . Usually I'm just doing the BTC (between the cheeks) stretch with the desk as a fulcrum and the rest, such as the footlong, I'm using other areas of my body.

But I fully endorse these fulcrum stretches ! Very nice indeed!
