Toilet Compression Squeezes
A very nice girth exercise that I like to use on occasion is this. It if performed by taking penis 80 to 100% erect and smushing it down against the rim of the toilet in various areas for 30-60 seconds. I like to do 10 in a set of these. They really kick ass in giving more girth width.
 
Yeah this exercise is GREAT, In the same family as the Pan Squeeze and my developed 'The Presser'.

All focus on downward force on the penis to expand the chambers to gain width.
IT WORKS as well.

Are you guys using a base sqeeze to do these, keeping blood trapped in the shaft?

I assume so, but thought I would put it out in case others are confused...
 
Sure I do erect and flaccid ones.
Works great for flaccid, I am above 6' in flaccid girth now cos of these.

I will bring my variation of this exercise here tommorow, its really just the same but with the hands doing the work.
 
So, do you guys cut it off at the base with your hand or a constriction device?

I do not even cut it off. I kegel with a 100% erection and press it as flat as I can against the rim in sections. A cock ring might be a better way to go. Give it a shot and let me know.

Yeah, right! Anyone who has read all of my posts would be clinically insane by now. Except me of course, I am perfectly sane.

The thing I like about this exercise is not its actual effect on enlarging the tissues, as there are about 654 girth exercises out there (which all do the same thing pretty much), but rather the convenience of it. If you do this, do your girth exercises on a morning, that way when you do these 'toilet' exercises, you will be able to push blood into the expansion you have already made.

Like piss pulls are for length, if you do a stretching routine in the morning the piss pulls will help to keep you in the extended state for more of the day.

I did this yesterday in contriction mode and ohwee whats intense and what width it gets! And red spots yeah must have had over 200 :p But i dont give a damn :p They go away very easily on me so...

But my question is can one gain girth and widt using this technique? My head while doing this is in explosion mode, :p
And i have become addicted to them cant stop thinking about doing them. lol
 
This is for width, but I would say do the ATS rollers if you can cos IMHO there better.
