"To Heal or Not To Heal"

Hi Everyone,

First I would like to thank everyone for their help, I am already seeing almost an inch of bpfsl in only a week of Penis Enlargementing properly. Here is my new question. I have considered using a product like Traumeel which helps with healing and reduces swelling etc. to put on before bed, to help heal my penis. I have also read that its better to keep your penis in a state of slight damage to make gains easier. What do you guys think, healing aid or not?

thanks,
-bigbedu

The only thing I do that probably promotes healing is using alot of heat. I use a heating pad on my groin for about 20 minutes before and after my respective exercises, and sometimes up to an hour after my last exercise. I also put it on for up to another hour shortly before I go to bed.

I don't do this for healing, per se, but because I don't want stretch marks, and it just feels nice.

I wish I could use a heat lamp since you can probably direct the heat a little better than with a pad, but my personal situation won't be condusive to using one until later this year or early next.
