I am new to Penis Enlargement. Needless to say, Mr. Happy gets a little confused when I lube him up, stroke him, then stop...lol

I started my routine two days ago and on that very first time I knew I was hooked. Both the physical and mental discipline required is awesome. I could barely do 20 jelqs at once before having to let myself relax to continue.

I have read varying opinions on cumming before and after a workout. Some say either are okay and others say both should be avoided for several hours.

So what do you all say?
 
I say to avoid it. I think some people still will gain regardless. But it is bad. Personally, my dick shrivels up and is not as stretchable and feels sore after jacking off. I limit my ejacuating as much as possible, I only do it 2-3 times per week.

hitcock, this will get easier over time. A wonderful benefit of Penis Enlargement is it's effect on staying power. Over time you will become more and more used to jelqing which will equate to longer staying power. In the meantime you are doing exactly what you need to do...stop, relax and continue. It only takes time and you and mr. happy will be on the same page;)
 
I can attest to this...I've been jelquing just about every day for about 4 weeks now and when I started it was taking forever just to do 100 total....and that was broken up into set of like 15 or 20...now I'm going at like sets of 60, sometimes more and totalling out at 1000 a day. Having sex now is a little weird too...it's been almost hard to cum....but not too hard.

But yeah I am curious about the whole "cum or not to cum" after a workout.....lately I've been jacking off right after the workout...and it does feel a little weird...like strained or like my dick is saying, "gimme a break, already!" Are you guys saying that jacking off after a workout is going to cancel out the exercises?

I think I'm going to stop cumming right after a workout from now on.
 
Try any streching exercise with and without ejaculating before. You'll see the difference.

oh you guys mean before.....I was talking about cumming after a jelq session. I havn't started any stretches yet, just jelqing for now...is it ok to cum after jelquing?
 
Well after a mere week of Jelq's I am now easily able to do 100+ at a time. Today I stopped not from excitement but to re-lube. On a new work schedule and my shaving has dropped off so didn't want to get chaffed. I'll fix that tonight and have confidence I'll get through far more strokes.

The change was not physical it was mental. After the first two days of "Oh Wow" I looked at it as a task, a discipline, a workout. And that made all the difference. I have taught myself a fair degree of mental control over my erection and just neded to tap into that.

But I like Jimbo am curious about cumming after a workout. I spend about an hour staright working out and then take about an hour off before I go to bed. If I cum an hour after a workout am I defeating the hour I spent wrenching myself around?

You should wear a cockring after your girth session for at least 30 minutes before ejaculating
