Here is a few tips of things that I do cause I get a lot of questions on how my flaccid is so big. Plus I have not seen anyone compile all there thoughts into one big post, to help everyone out so they dont have to look everywere and ask 10,000 questions. Here you go guys.
1. Of Coarse wear the Ring Of Power
2. Get a heat Pad, from Walmart or anywere, I bought mine for $12, use it as manytimes as you want to a day. For 10 minutes at a time on High Heat. If will give you a great blod flow, and my scrotum will get loose and hang and will stay that way for a long time and your penis and balls will get pumped up. You can also sleep with it on. 3. Drink 1/2 gallon of water a day
4. Wear a ADS while Working out, VTLC works the best for me. Prevents gym Shrinkage.
5. Limit Caffine, Tobbaco and Stimulants, and Smoking, DLD, No comment from you ok! We are not all freaks like you!
6. Take Cialis, that will give you the best hang of all! Yum, Cialis. Nnd I cannot forget about the IGF-1LR3 that I take, way bigger!
7. After done with Girth strap on your ROP and you will stay pumped up for a long time. And put that heat pad on after the Girth or Length work as well!! Great pump and blood flow!
8. Relax and chill out, when I get stressed and angry I notice that my flaccid shrinks up quick and fast, then when I calm down I goes back. Give it a couple tugs to help.
9. Stretch out your penis perioudly 2-3 minutes thoughout the day.
10. Take a few 5-10 minute breathers thoughout the day, relax, sit down, close the blinds, turn off the phones and just breath, relax and meditate and think about things that make you happy. Dream, relax and be de tached form the world for a bit.
