After two nights in a row of Hardcore girth workouts and no-nonsense stretching, I think a day's rest is in order.

I've got that beautiful sore feeling in my shaft... the "good" kind of soreness... not injury soreness. When I do my piss-pulls, I'm all *achey* and stuff. My shaft feels kinda itchy almost, and my flaccid hang looks longer and feels dense.

Is this "itchiness" an indicator that my penis is now in "repair" mode? I think just one day off will do. Has anyone ever felt sensations like this just before a gain? I wonder....
 
I think the itchy feeling is a very good sign. I think this comes from many tiny micro tears and mini stretch marks throughout the shaft. Whenever I get this itchy feeling it usually follows a very intense routine.

Yep, a very good sign of good job done. Now, the goal should be to get this feeling after every girth work out and not just once in a blue moon like most guys do...that's what sets you ahead and apart from the guys who dont make gains. Depending on how "itchy" your dick feels, you may want to keep it moisturized for a few days with a good skin moisturizer or vitamin E. Reason is, from my own personal experience....DLD has mentioned experiencing the same to me privately, you may also get some dry, cracky spots of skin. Sometimes very intense girth sessions...where you have expanded the girth 3/4" or more past the normal erect girth...you are also "hyper-stretching" the skin and this can cause the dry, cracked skin. Just a heads up.

Go down to the local motor lodge and stand around for a bit in the middle of the night. If a woman approaches you and asks you if you want to "hang out" for a while, go with her. You will feel itchy the next morning.

You're right about the dry skin. All this abuse (Penis Enlargement isn't really abuse, is it?) combined with this cold weather has definitely dried my dick out. As my red spots from the girth work heal, dry skin forms around them and looks all white and "ashy"... if a white dude can get "ashy", that is.

I even did crack my skin a bit near the head from intense stretching with dry-ass skin. It's very minor and I've been applying small bits of bacitracin to the area and trying not to grab right on that spot when I work out so it doesn't get worse, or bleed. And I've been using moisturizer as well so my dry skin is now gone.

Well, I rested a day and that great "itchy" tingle has faded fast so it's time to once again try to get back to that state of cock I had two days ago...it is now the feeling to shoot for.

I credit it to extreme girth work with a clamp, regular bends (left and right) and DLD Bends...all while in the clamp of course.

I go up to ten sets of ten minutes each....sometimes 15 minutes. I never do less than seven sets a night unless my eyes are literally shutting on their own from being tired.

But on a serious note, if this itching feeling really is a sign of growth, then I might need to step up my routine just a hair. It's pretty intense right now, but I don't think a little more intensity will hurt things...and if it does then I'll curse a little bit and return to my current routine...and sue all of you of course. :s
 
You know, it's funny but I used to think I was doing enough in my workouts, but I've found that there's a certain point that you gotta take it to... if you think your workout is hard, do it, then do just a little bit more before you wrap it up for the night.
I'm finding that at least for me, you gotta take it almost to the point of injury to get the gains moving.

It's like pushing a car when it stalls out. You gotta really push hard at first, but once it starts rolling, you gotta keep it rolling. Once you let it stop, it's a lot harder to get it to move again.

This itchy feeling I had it recently now and again ...I am getting huger girth-wise but I dont know if the itch has anything to do with it? it might or it might be blocked pores or pubic hair up my shaft etc etc who knows.

But it seems that gainers like dld, pole, swm and now hopefully godsize get this [I too] so maybe it is fact.

Lets keep seeing how it goes before we consider this fact....more reports of this need to be coming in for it ta be fact.
 
I did a crazy intense workout yesterday and my jimmy was itching in the worst way.
 
I tend to only get itchy after hanging. And even then, its only on the area that was directly inside the Bib hanger. I was wondering if it was the blood reworking its way back into all the fine capilaries and micro tears.

But if the group says this is a good sign, I'll go buy more anti-itch cream!
