What do you guys think about taking some time off, say a few days. I'm thinking it would probably be good to make sure everything is fully healed. I'm just a little worried about lossing any gains so far. Your thoughts...
From personal experiences, i would not miss more than 2 days at the most, even if its just light stretching or light jelqing . I would not want to miss more than 2 just because sometimes its hard to get back into the routine after time off and then your gains sometimes are not cemented yet, though if you are injured it all depends on injury and what kind etc. Your 3 days may turn into a week or more if you start getting lazy like i have done many times in the past.
This is just one more of those things about Penis Enlargement that varies from man to man. Some guys gain well on a 5 on 2 off routine. While others respond better to a 2 on 1 off routine. Other guys respond best with a virtually NO days off type routine. Then again, I've seen great gains after taking several months off and then starting up again for a few months (earlier this year) with an intense routine.
I've seen it speculated that the penis tissues become adapted to the stresses from Penis Enlargement after so long ...making it harder to acheive gains, and that taking extended breaks...several weeks or months even ..."weakens" the tissues again and then when you start Penis Enlargement again, you sort of "shock" the tissues with the new stimulus.
I dont think you really have to be so concerned with your penis "healing". How are your erections? Is your penis feeling sore or, fatigued? If your erections are still rock hard and you have little or no fatigue/mild soreness...youre fine and probably dont need a day or days off. I see guys do very light routines compared to others and take off days when they probably dont need to. I think they just want an excuse to not Penis Enlargement. These are usually also the guys complaining about not gaining or "platues" though. :s
Also, if your gains are truly gains and not just swelling, you wont lose them no matter how much time you take off.
I always seem to be able to get 'rock hard' but sometimes when my dick still aches quite a bit when its time to workout again. I guess the best thing to do is listen to my penis . And take as little time off as possible.
