I sprained my knee real bad jogging today. I don't even know what I did. It just started hurting real bad a few hours later and now I can hardly put any weight on it. I'll ice it a few days and if it doesn't feel any better then I'll head to the docs office. Until then, I have plenty of time to do some hardcore workouts.
