Is this true or does this vary from person to person?

What does everybody think, would a break be good for shocking the tunica or the ligs or for girth, what do ya think?

Here is someone that is trying this out:

For me time off will quickly become a permanent vacation. I am lazy by nature (is this possible?) Well let me say it this way...one of my strongest qualities is laziness...(that's positive thinking...I think) Anything in my life that requires a steady effort for progress takes the most strict discipline on my behalf.

I'm with you DLD - time off for me would be a bad idea.

That's why I do a 5 on 2 off schedule. So after I give my dick a bashing throughout the week, it has those two days to heal. (Two days is enough time for me to heal, I'm not sure about anyone else).

I stretch everyday, up to 3 times a day! I don't think you really can too much stretching . Though I do feel working girth you need some time to heal, 24 to 48 hours depending on the person IMO, so basically its up to you to find your sweet spot! Everybody is somewhat different!

To anyone familiar with bodybuilding, guys like Arnold, Mike Mentzer, Frank Zane, etc trained differently but got great results ( granted , their bodies were different).

DLD would be along the lines of Arnold and the Weider guys, doing daily volume training. DLD has gained a lot on this. Just as some guys like Arnold could lift 6 or 7 days a week, sometimes twice in the same day, and make great gains. Other bodybuilders actually SHRINK if they lift everyday, and 3 days a week is pushing it. I dont think anybody is going to shrink from too much Penis Enlargement, but it could hurt gains.

A little time off probably isn't going to hurt and there may even be something to the idea of shocking the ligs or tunica. Penis Enlargement is not the same as bodybuilding, but there could be a similar effect in the sense that the ligs and tunica may heal enough to where further exercise would feel like a new sensation, a new trauma on the organ.

However, as pointed out by DLD, the greatest danger is turning two days into five, five into ten, and then ten into a month and beyond. It is so easy to get away from your routine altogether. So, give it a try if you're highly disciplined and can take time off with no danger of slipping up. But personally I find that I miss enough workouts from working OT and like unplanned events that I do not need to schedule time off. I need more work, not less.
