Hi All,

I have been pretty religious about doing my exercises every day from Jan 18th this year until June 7. I went on a biz trip that made the daily workout all but impossible. So after I got back from the trip my desire to sleep later in the morning caused me to lapse on Penis Enlargement until last Thursday. What I have noticed is that I had no break in period to get back into it and girth has definitely increased. Has anyone else noticed this? I measured this morning and right after the girth work measured 6" EG, a 1/4" improvement. Its hard to believe that I have hit my first goal but I am definitely pretty pumped up about it!! Has anyone else noticed any increase from a little time off?
 
I have noticed gains from a little time off also.. It was about a week and i gained .25 " BPenis EnlargementL.
 
yes, this is what I was going to try do to do throughout the rest of the summer actually..has worked quite well so far. 1 month for length, 1 month for girth so it would give a month off for each one every other month..though I may fiddle with the time length, shorten it to maybe 2 weeks or even 1 week..we'll see how it works, length has been a .5 increase in bpel and npbel and girth im working on right now for about a week with nothing to really show yet..
 
I have seen some most of my gains from my rest period. Usually i rest about 2-3 weeks and start again. Doing that period i rethink on the exercise that i might want to do and how often i should do them. So my mind is never off pe for to long nor is my penis!
 
When you rest you grow.

Rest = Growth
Some need more than others, i.e DLD does 7 on zero off or 5 on 2 off and gains real well, but some need more rest.
Whoever the person, you grow when you rest, usually when you sleep.
 
do you guys think it would make more sense to do daily workouts for say a month straight then take a week or so off, or work out 5 days a week and take 2 off?
 
All depends on the person, I would say if you were working length, that would sound good, but girth I would do a 1 on 1 off routine, thats just me though..I did my girth routine yesterday and my shaft is still all red from clamping..usually takes a day to get back to normal color, then I know its back in action for some more girth exercises...it just all depends on how fast you can recover.
