Thanks ... appreciate it. I usually do an 8-week phase then a measurement. I took a 2-week break after my last measurement. The next measurement will be in mid-January-2010 (week-24). I changed my routine in this phase, I added jelqing , edging and ADS for an hour after each session. Each phase is average of 35 sessions.

It's the holiday season I'll be on winter break from school for 3-weeks so there shouldn't be any interruption from my P.E. schedule. My goal is to get 30-sessions in this phase for the next 6-weeks.

I'm cut, the material I use for wrapping are the SCÜNCI Knitted Headwraps (Style 16255) and Thera-Band Latex Free (heavy) for wrapping . I take out the stitching on the headband so it's one long piece (19-inch); first i wrap with the headband and then the Thera-Band.

I had the same issue with the LM in week-13 with it putting to much pressure on the corona of the Glans and making it sore. I resolved the issue with wrapping mid-shaft away from the corona about 2-inches.

thanks threak , that headband material looks nice and stretchy and sound, shirt material is too rough

It's unbelievable I'm in Week-26 (6-months) using the Length-Master. A few things had happen trying to keep up on this journal. One was my IP-address was being blocked for some reason and I didn't get to this for a couple weeks. Second, shortly after resolving the IP-Address block the site had a software upgrade and was down for a little while. Third, I developed a sore (blood-spots) on the Glans near the meatus. I have an injury there a couple years back, a slight nick(tear) and took about 6-weeks to heal then.

With stretching and blood build-up in the Glans which is unavoidable to eliminate completely that area seems to be susceptible in blood-spotting. I could see several capillaries broken and forming a scab in the area. It wasn't sore only very dry. I had to let it heal completely to avoid further complications or injury before progressing forward with P.E. I wanted to take pictures of it and couldn't because my digital camera wasn't available.

It's all healed up and I'm ready to move forward with this P.E. routine again. Meanwhile, the last 3.5-weeks I was doing light manual stretching , edging and kegals. I only had 21-sessions on the last phase. I will take measurements sometime this week, along with having an outline of goals, schedule and routines.

WOW !!! It's been 5-months since I been on this thread.

I been extremely busy with school. 6-days a week, 15-hours (M-F), 8-hours (Sat). leaving me with no time or energy to put any effort for Penis Enlargement. I'm out for a 2-week summer break and will continue for another 6-weeks with a short schedule of 4-days a week (M-Th), 5-hour days...leaving me the ability to schedule time for Penis Enlargement.

I'll be building a program and catching up on my MoS reading . . . meanwhile.


Congrats goes out to kingsnake on becoming Moderator.
