Notes: Having the constant heat I feel a better stretch for myself and feel I don't have to give a heavy-load to make gains. In other-words, having to use extreme force on each stretch .

I'm using from a light-medium to medium load on all stretches . Slowly easing into each stretch from the first set to the last. After the session I feel my flaccid penis very relaxed; long and loose. As before without the continuous heat and the heavy-load stretching it would seems to turtle up and try to hide after such sessions, which I thought was normal. I'm thinking now it's should not be the case after a P.E. workout.

no gains hey , maybe you need to incorporate a form of ads after your workout to heal in the extended state??

Maybe to many Penis Enlargement-days? Take more rest and see if that helps.

Intensity+not enough rest= no growth I think.

Redzullu2003 used to do 2 lenghtsessions a week and grew 0.3 inches.

beldin1--I thought about it, at the moment I don't have an ADS nor the funds to purchase one.

Beyond7--I'm not sure if my sessions are over-taxing where more rest is needed. I usually only do a 60-minute workout including warm-up/down per session. Actually they seem quite the opposite to me, not enough.

I'm a bit reluctant to push it because of the injury I sustain in Week-4 (Day-36: Wed.26.Aug.2009). I believe setup I have now with the medium payload and constant heat will prevent me from incurring such an injury so easily again. My ligaments are tougher than I think and just need to little more push and the gains will start.

oi threak can u give me a run down of your wrapping technique? , i tried using theraband then cloth over the top but the head kinda slips and creates a lot of pain when it rubs up against the hard theraband ??

I do it the other way, cloth first then Theraband . The Theraband is the medium for the gripping between the clamp and the cloth.

After the non-gain results posted on Mon.23.Nov.09 I decided to take a 2-week break and will resume on Sat.05.Dec.09.

Looking forward to this coming phase and positive gains afterward.

U-Stretch is folding up the penis in the an U-shape toward the body and pushing the PA into the penis shaft with downward force.(see photo)

oi threak are u cut or uncut, give me a run down of your exact wrapping materials and techniques as im finding extreme pain on the colonial ridge were the head meets the shaft as it gets pulled into the length master and is unbearable to do even light stretches
