Day-05: 26.July.09
The Monies were transfer the following day (23.July.09)
*DEBIT PURCHASE Jul23 01:08a xxxx AT 01:08 PAYPAL *DOUBLELONG 402xxxxxxx

The Length-Master [LM ] hasn't arrived...
I figured it would be at minimum 7-days after the purchase before the item would arrive at my door-step.

doublelongdaddy--Thank you

twins172_up--I have sustained from all P.E. exercising since 28.June.09. My potential starting date is 01.Aug.09 (Saturday), making it over 30-days and shouldn't have any affect on potential gains before using the LM-device. Focusing only on using the LM-Device for all my P.E. exercising. Giving as much detail as I did with my Threak-X Hang Journal...probably more.

USPS left Delivery Notice in mailbox. Unfortunately I wasn't available to receive parcel. I''ll have to make a trip to the Post-Office to pick it up.

3-business days from processing my order [East-Coast] to delivery [West-Coast] within the USA.

Day-10: 31.July.09-Friday

Pickup parcel from USPS, the Length-Master Device completely assembled.
I'll start tomorrow (01.AUG.09-Saturday) getting familiarize with it.

It's nicely crafted with a raw finish. A little course to the touch in some areas, still usable in its present condition. I'll probably use a 500-grit sandpaper to give it an ultra smooth finish and then seal it with some Tung Oil. Tung Oil is a bit expensive to find in it's pure form. It's greatly use on Hardwood Floors and Furniture in high traffic areas for protection.

There are no Positive/Negative Magnets in the Clamping section that I could tell. In my opinion it's not necessary for them on the device unless you are going to wear it for prolong periods (hours) at a time.

I'm very pleased with the purchase and so far worth the amount I spent on it. After extensive use of it I'll have a better say on this P.E. equipment.

Day-11: Sat.01.Aug.2009

Starting Measurement(s)
bpfsl: 8.0"
nbpel: 7.5"
eg: 5.5"

Session: 01
Device:Bundle Assist

Before: Feeling good.
Warm-Up: 5-minutes with Rice Sock (heated)
Sets:
  • 2 x 3 Roll-up
  • 2 x 3 Bundle left, 1-complete turn (Roll-up)
  • 2 x 3 Bundle right, 1-complete turn (Roll-up)
During:
First 2-sets seem good and can feel the pull fairly good in the ligaments. The bundled sets were more intense and if the bundle is too balled up it was very uncomfortable. Had to even the twist by pulling outward as I twist , which made it tolerable and less skin pull and more ligament pull.
After:
Spotted Blood in the tip of the Glans from not removing all the blood from the Glans before the final clamping.
Feeling a stinging sensation throughout the skin on the penis from the twisting doing the bundles
Slight burn in the ligaments.
Notes:
I use SCÜNCI Knitted Headwraps and Theraband for wrapping . The clamp was easily compressional with the wing-nuts. No pinching whatsoever and nice comfortable feel once in place.

Roll-up is consisting of flipping the top-side of the Clamp/PA over toward the body and pushing the PA into the penis shaft with downward force.

Did a very light set to get acclimated with the Length-Master and avoid any negative affects. As time goes on I will push it with more intensity.

Day-13: Mon.03.Aug.2009

Session: 02
Device:Bundle Assist

Before: Feeling good.
Warm-Up: 5-minutes with Rice Sock (heated)
Sets:
  • 2 x 5 Roll-up
  • 2 x 5 Bundle left, 1-complete turn (Roll-up)
  • 2 x 5 Bundle right, 1-complete turn (Roll-up)
During:
Can really feel the pull on the ligaments. A little difficult to hold the tension for 5-minutes consistently.
After:
Spotted Blood in the tip of the Glans, no Sting/Burn feeling in the skin.
Notes:
I think if the handles were more evenly rounded / slightly larger conforming to the hand I could sustain the grip longer. I'm thinking of adding some type of wrapping on the handles for better grip .

The Spotted Blood on the Glans is a concern for me, if I'm doing something incorrectly. The clamp too tight, too much blood left over in Glans before final clamp-down, too much forward pressure towards the Glans, or combination from all of it.

How do you mean? I can see if this modification can be made.

I semi clamp and then squeeze all blood out before I clamp down tightly.

Before: Feeling good.
Warm-Up: 5-minutes with Rice Sock (heated)

Notes:
I didn't tighten the clamp completely, just enough to make it secure, which seem to resolved the Spotted Blood on the Glans issue.

Day-16: Thu.06.Aug.2009

Session: 05
Device:Bundle Assist

Before: Feeling good.
Warm-Up: 5-minutes with Rice Sock (heated)
Sets:
  • 1 x 5 Roll-up
  • 1 x 5 Bundle left, 1-complete turn (Roll-up)
  • 1 x 5 Bundle right, 1-complete turn (Roll-up)
  • 1 x 5 Bundle right. SO
  • 1 x 5 Bundle left, SO
During: Set 4 - aggravated my sciatic nerve (right-side)
After: Feeling fatigue/soreness in PC-Floor muscle. Pain in my right Glut and calf muscle.
Notes:Sciatic Nerve issue stems from an auto-accident in 2002 which left me with right lower-back, hip and leg problems. Taking some ibuprofen for it.

Day-17: Fri.07.Aug.2009

Session: 06
Device:Bundle Assist

Before: A slight irritation with the sciatic nerve, it s/b fine for the workout.
Warm-Up: 5-minutes with Rice Sock (heated)
Sets:
  • 1 x 5-minutes SO
  • 1 x 5-minutes BL360º - SUL
  • 1 x 5-minutes BR360º - SUR
  • 1 x 5-minutes BL360º - SOL
  • 1 x 5-minutes BR360º - SOR
During: A very intense pull on the ligaments doing the Bundles SU/SO - R/L
After: Sciatic nerve is fine, no problem from the workout. Mild burn feeling in the ligaments.
Notes:I attached the Bundle Assist to the PA where the handles would curved downward (see photo below). The handle conforms to the natural curve on the hip and leg and applying even pressure throughout the handle on the leg/hip area. This allowed me to use it as a lever to do SO/SU to the L/R. This gave me a greater pulling power on the penis for longer time interval versus using a manual grip and the hand tiring within a few minutes or so.

Abbreviations:
BL=Bundled Left
BR=Bundled Right
SO=Straight Out
SOL=Straight Out Left
SOR=Straight Out Right
SUL=Straight Up Left
SUR=Straight Up Right
LM=Length Master

Before: Feeling good.
Warm-Up: 5-minutes with Rice Sock (heated)
Sets:
  • 1 x 5-minutes SD
  • 1 x 5-minutes SU
  • 2 x 25 Rotary Cranks - R/L
  • 1 x 5-minutes B-CCW 360º SDL
  • 1 x 5-minutes B-CW 360º SDR
  • 2 x 25 Rotary Cranks - R/L

  • 1 x 5-minutes B-CW 360º SUR
  • 2 x 25 Rotary Cranks - R/L
  • 1 x 5-minute massage
During: Started easy with the sets and increased the pull on the penis at the 3rd minute mark and increase the tension until the 5th minute.
After: Can feel the fatigue in the ligaments and pc muscle. Also slight pain in the right glut and leg (sciatic nerve).
Notes: Seems the intense pulling is affecting the sciatic nerve. This issue is pre-existing from a auto-accident in 2002 and gets irritated when using the LM intensely.
