Do any of you guys drink regularly? If so does it hinder your ability to make gains? Help gains in any way like maybe stretching or any other way? Help or hinder your general penis health or performance in any way? Does a small amount of drinking have a different effect on your penis than a large amount?

It’s derailed me from taking on a session from time-to-time. I get apathetic in that moment. “I’ll do a session in the morning and have another scotch tonight”

The morning session never happens of course.

So for that reason, it can be a detriment.

That's hilarious because I've been there. Though there have been times I'd say that if I hadn't drank I may not have done a session because I had earlier or was going to rest but the drink made me decide to get in there and get it done. It's gone both ways.

True, @aDiscipleofGod, I have used it for motivation sometimes as well. I try not to end up in that spot either way!

Just want to get shit done!

I would say it cant be good for it, but, I was a complete alcoholic prior to 2011, and I made my gains during my alcoholic periods. Not saying that it helped me, it didn't, but I grew nevertheless.

Been clean for 8 years, and it will remain so.

I drink two glasses of red wine every night I don’t go be on this. Alcohol is a very tough thing to advise on because if you over drink you’re going to become an alcoholic. I’ve told many people that drinking is a privilege and once you lose that privilege you can never get it back. So be moderate i how much you drink. I would not exceed three drinks and one night. Anything beyond that steps into a dangerous area.

My drinking never affected my gains.

Well, one could think about the often excess energy you get from alcohol, that usually turning to fat or causing fatty liver possibly.
Excess energy turning fat, making one fatter; less of visible cock, possible cardiovascular problems and so on.

As DLD said, it's a tough topic to give advice on.
With many things in life moderation is often key to a better path. I've noticed occasionally having a drink or two, meaning really drink or two!, can help me ease up a bit.
Currently if I'm asked by medical personnel how much I drink, I say about 5 portions a week, if that. I used to drink somewhat more.

If I drink, it's usually a drink combined with some "super food."
I read that in China they combine whiskey with matcha powder. I've tried that it's pretty good, depending on the quality of the combined ingredients of course!
I've also added turmeric powder to several drink and few times Mucuna Pruriensis powder.
So, it's kind of "cheating", I take something relatively bad and add something good to it to make it neutral. :D

In total, I wouldn't see alcohol to be a helping hand in most PE workouts.
Perhaps a momentary relaxation effect of it could make your ligaments a bit more loose, but overall I would stick to normal meal plans.

For many years I've drank alcohol for the different taste worlds certain drinks offer. Getting drunk, vomiting etc., not my bag! Few drinks, a cigar, relaxation with good music, that's more of my thing.

One thing for me dld is the first beer or drink feels really good, get a huge buzz from it. But as soon as that first buzz goes down (I don't have another drink within an hour) it doesnt matter if I have 5 more drinks or beers I wont get that feeling back for that night and will only end up getting a headache or getting sick. Alcohol works strangely on me, never got into more than two states -the tipsy buzzy state. and then after very heavy drinking the throwing up state in my younger days.

So in conclusion have one drink get a good feeling, if I want to prolong that "high" have another drink within an hour, but as soon as the alcohol has gone down its like alcohol metabolism has ramped up X10 and it cant be reached again for that night.

That’s fine but you can also have two drinks in a row as long as you’re not driving somewhere. I have a glass of wine before I do my prayers and I have a glass of wine during my prayers. It probably adds up to about a portion and a half because my chalice is very small. I would never go past this because I would not want to mess up my privilege of having a drink when I want to. The quickest way to lose that privilege is to start drinking alcoholicly. All things in moderation.

So true dld, so true!
Moderation in all things so that you can taste without gluttony. Too much of anything, except God, is a bad thing. I like what Saint Paul said and I apply this to many things in my life; “all things are permissible but not all things are profitable” If we’re honest with ourselves and we have discipline and we follow Saint Pauls advice I think we will always be on the road to success.

1 glass of wine help me relax, so it helps me on PE too. A little drink it can help on mood too. Overdrinking wont help for nothing.

Exactly! A glass of red wine after a long day is completely ok! My goodness have 2! ?
