Ok so ive been doing my routine for a while now and im getting 0 permanent gains. Even immeadiate gains arent showing as much now. I feel like all im doing is damaging the skin in that area as my dick now looks darker than the skin on my body. Lots of wrinkles etc..

It's making me very depressed. Ive been seeing a girl for over a month now and we still havnt had sex, mainly due to me being worried about my size and look of my penis. Obviously i havnt told her why but i think im gonna lose her soon if i dont get on with it however im just too nervous. I really thought that when i started this id be able to do my routine maybe an hour beforehand so id look bigger even just for that night but it just isnt happening.

Another thing too, im started to believe that the Bathmate/jelqing is effecting my erections in a way that they are more difficult to obtain and even more difficult to keep. Id like to see a doctor but as it's xmas they are all fully booked until mid January.

Not even sure what im asking for here, but any advice, help or even comforting words would be nice as i dont know what to do any more. Really feel like im just pissing in the wind and setting myself up for major embarrassment and heartache.
 
Just to add, i do kegels and stretches too. And when jelqing its slow squash jelqs as advised by DLD. The annoying thing is that my erect state isnt bad at all, but my flacid state looks tiny. Whats up with that???

ive been having the same issues. plus my Bathmate has been losing pressure repeatedly. im ive had some chaffing, and brush burnish issues, and alot of skin discomfort afterwards. no real perm gains yet. when i first got it, i was optimistic, i saw the immediate plump of my wang and was amazed. but last use. i barely got that

How long have you been at it and what's your routine? You may be overtraining or not pushing it hard enough. I've had a very small flaccid my whole life and thanks to a couple weeks of Penis Enlargement it's almost doubled in size. I recommend fine tuning your routine and figuring out what works best for you.

Also what is your size now?
 
to the gents if your penis has gone limp for a little time its just saying hey i need time to heal these gains out ill give a break down of newbie reps that worked for me and im ED
1 warm up (hot towel) or shower
2 jelqin keep it light 25 to 50 reps is good dont use soap it will irritate the skin (i use conditioner with natural ingredients) do these if you can in shower
3 shower or warm down with hot towel
4 use your Penis Enlargement every 15 minutes check for signs of cold head warm it back up stretch it ( 2hours is good for Penis Enlargement)
5 warm down again
6 some peeps have diff styles on number 6 the overall of number is a wrap your penis starting from base ( my choice of style after excercise is a weight lock hanging i dont have to wrap with this)
i cant wrap cause i will do damage to self and possibly heart blood preasure and other things
i did put on a gain the first day and my gain was blood flow came back so the program works ya just need to either not over do it and go lighter or adjust your excercises
just haven a daily routine will get your gains but they wont be seen overnight but if your consistent and dont over due it you will start to see gains this is a lighter then newbie routine and my flaccid is bout equal to errect
my girth has increased a little i was 3 1/2 now girth 4 1/2 jelqing excersise
also anxiety of you performing for your girl is probably keepen your gains at bay just be patient your gains will come
theres probably over 100k in guys (estamite) on matter of size that couldnt be wrong bout this

a suggestion as soon as you read this get a ruler and measure your self flaccid relaxed semi errect and full erect if you can take pics and keep em in a journal setting here in matter of size or at home you can call these before pics and take pics during your Penis Enlargement time

Im unsure on how to do all the precise measurements but while flacid length is approx. 4.4", girth 1.25". Erect length is approx. 6.8" and girth 1.6". BUT im having trouble keeping erections which is really bugging me now.

How have you managed to double in size of just a few weeks??? Thats an amazing achievement man! Please share you routine..

Id agree with you if i had actually made any gains. But thanks for sharing your routine. I do mine daily, would you recommend days off to heal?

I havnt took pics as i can tell just by looking at it that there has been no gains. Also i agree with what you said about my nerves not helping things. Its just difficult for me to brush aside as i lack experience and i like this girl so much.
 
Thanks to the people who have replied, need as much input as possible. If anyone can suggest a routine which will focus on flacid state and stronger erections i would be very grateful.
 
One more thing (sorry guys..) im in the UK, what is the cheapest & quickest way to obtain viagra? Cant get a doctors appointment atm and i here the herbal alternatives dont work..
 
Just did my routine, 5 mins after ive only gained 0.25 length and 0.1 girth which tbh is fuck all isnt it..

I haven't doubled my erect size my any means but my flaccid ( just wanted to make that clear before any jumps on me lol). I went from 2.5" flaccid to around 4.5-5". I had a good but of turtling and my flacvid was always hard and kinda stiff. Once I kept a steady routine it quickly turned into a healthy, soft flaccid. All I'm doing now is stretching for 10 min s day followed by 20 min of pumping (2 sets of 10 with a 2 min jelq break in between).

That's bigger than you were before the routine so congrats. Temporary gains are a good sign of a good workout. Keep at it and don't expect miracles. It takes time and dedication, before you know it those temporary gains will become permanent. I still haven't gained any permanent erect gains yet but they're coming. Gotta keep your head up

i understand your frustrations i am ED i managed to get my blood flow working again
from the sounds of things it sounds like you have over worked your penis during jelqing your penis will feel more intense and full your still in first stages of your workout routine go lighter on your reps in between days 2 days rest 2 days on your penis needs time to heal quoting DLD healing is the biggest part of gains
my first couple weeks in my excersice yes mine did go limp and i asked questions i wanted to make sure im doing it right without hurting self
on jelqing make sure the glans are becoming engorged expanding but never errect never errect semi errect or flaccid is ok to jelq on
dont use soap this will hurt you
you have to give after excersices at least 5 hours of down time before to relax and heal before you should be having pleasure read it in a thread here in matter of size some place
can you give a break down of your excersices reps more info

jelqing and weight hang like a lock small weight not a big weight
now the reason i say lock hanging is cause the inside diameter of a lock is bout the same as your your penis behind glans
i wear a 1inch 40mm it keeps it elogated and trains the flaccid down ive seen mine stretch to almost errect length your training your flaccid to stay long
one downfall of lock hanging though The Pinch if you dont pull the skin away from plunger going in lock you will pinch yourself it hurts ive been pinched
or you can order the origional anchor weight from the net the dif between lock weight and the ancor weight is one uses industrial magnets and it can come off
the other stays in place which is the lock dont wear over night but you can wear discritley under clothes all day the only thing is medal detectors cant wear the lock
anywhere theres a medal detector it would be embarasing lol do kegals with lock on too its simulated weight helps
 
when doing excersises your creating micro tears which is good for gains
u do not want to go hard straight out this can cause a macro tear and it wouldnt be pleasent
blood flood is a major part of gains not enough blood flow you wont see gains as quickly i just dont want to stretch the skin
i want to put on a gain no matter how small
at a microscopic level you wont see the tears unless you have a microscope but you will feel it on stretching
if feels little tender or warmer than usual you had created a gain this is a light day to ensure healing of the gain
your penis might feel like little tiny paper cuts but this is wear you want to be
the wrap or a weight keeps these gains in stretched form to heal straight

i dont know if we are allowed ot post pharmacys but i ordered from one that is inhousepharmacy but .vu. i ordered some tyroid pills and some cialis got here quick no problems.

for me on days off to heal i just do a lighter excersices with jelqing stretches i follow the program in SRT i just go lighter on heal days
cause if stopped everything on a heal day the healing that would go on would stick and possibly make your member look like frankenstine hit it
master lock hanging keeps me light on heal days and after Penis Enlargement on norm days to cement in the healing process
