Ok guys it is all about gaining here. People say how its so hard to gain. You have to push your self big time. Don’t settle for thinking you are not going to gain. You will gain. Keep doing you exercises. Everyday. Don’t slack off.

DLD is the prime example of this. He measures his flaccid stretch every day without fail. He does his workouts intense. Look at his hands in the videos; they are shaking because he is stretching so hard. People wonder why they can’t gain. You’re not doing it hard enough. I never used to believe in manuals At all!! Period. DLD has totally changed my opinion on this. They work!!! I have gone from 8” FSL to 9”FSL in two weeks, and 7.6 ERECT to 8 NBPenis EnlargementL in 2 weeks since starting phase 1 of the pay site. DLD told me measure FSL every day and set a goal and I will gain, and thats what I am doing! I will not fail, and neither will you guys, that is a promise.

If you want gains you have to think your gaining, you have to believe it. Never doubt yourself. I am going on a year long run; this will be the first time I have Pe’ed for a year strait out of my 5 years doing pe. I hope that this will be the last time I ever have to once I get to my 10X7 goal.

Get to your goals guys, stretch that penis. Gain, gain, gain!!! I know you guys can do this. If you want to get into The DLD phases, he has posted phase I in the newbie forum. Get into it, if you like it you know were to get the rest. If anyone has problems gaining its me. But through persistence and hard work I know I can succeed.

Well, what if you do all that, work out intensely every day and "believe" it's working, and give it all you got every time, then go to measure to find that you've gotten nothing? I know I'm not the only one that has experienced that kind of disappointment... especially after really busting your ass for a long time.

The only reason why I'm throwing that out there is because I'm actually in an upswing right now... gaining. So I guess I just answered my own question, eh? You gotta be consistent AND make sure you work out HARD enough each time.

I have another suggestion.... don't measure at all. I used to measure my FSL everyday and all it got me was frustration and discouragement. Leaving it be has helped me a lot.

After using the multiclamp for two solid months (with results), I felt I was stagnating and getting bored, so I went BACK to jelqing and my gains have continued. Eventually I'll switch back again. As long as I don't drop out of the game I can't lose. You gotta build resistance, then desensitize yourself, then hit it again. Like two steps foward one step back. You're still moving foward.

Another thing that has helped me was really paying attention to doing Blasters correctly. Nowadays, I actually KEEP COUNT of how many reps I do and for how long I hold them for... it really has helped. Even my flaccid hang has improved since I started really paying attention to what I was doing instead of doing my workouts shiftless.

As long as I just do my workouts and stop thinking about it, things have been coming along nicely. Pussy that I was used to feels tighter, my cock looks bigger in the mouth of my ex, and when I take my dick out to pee it really looks good.

Hell ya Godsize great great stuff. What is a multi clamp? Also how long are you holding your blasters for? I have just started to do blasters as well. DLD has made me a beliver. Give me some pointers on what you do with them? How long do you hold them and how many do you do?

Also you mentioned that you have started to jelq again? Has that really started to make you start gaining, I do not really jelq that much, mabey once or twice a week. Could you tell me all about your jelqing rountine.

I hold my Blasters like this:

After warming up, I grab my dick by the glans and pull straight up towards my chin while laying down. I flex my PC 50 times fast while holding the hardest stretch I can.

Then I'll get into an A stretch position and do my blasters. I'll squeeze my PC and hold for five seconds while stretching , then release it and hold for 5 seconds. You're technically supposed to do a "reverse kegel" during that last 5 seconds, but I just totally relax and stretch hard. I'm NOT DONE until I complete the full 50 reps. In the past, I used to stop short of this point. Taking it to full completion has really made the difference. I also fuck around with some V stretches and real basic stretches in all directions. I'd do those rotary stretches , but they don't feel like they really do anything for me. Taking the Blaster routine to full fatigue really makes the difference. My flaccid hang improved immediately.

Some will say that since my LOT is 6 o'clock, I'm wasting my time doing A stretches (since they seem to be more for the ligs), but you know what? I don't really subscribe to LOT. I'll bet anybody anything that my LOT was ALWAYS 6 o'clock... so I'm still gonna stretch ligs, I don't care.

After that I move on to my jelqing. All I do is the same old shit I used to do before I got my clamp: 7 sets of 100 jelqs each. After each set of 100, I'll do 1 30 second Uli, 1 30 second Horse Squeeze, and 1 more 30 second Uli. This shit worked for me before, but then I got my multiclamp from www.not-just-parts.com and I abandoned jelqs for about two or three months.

All I did with the clamp was have it on for up to 10 sets of ten minutes each, but mostly I'd stop after about 6 or 7 sets...it was just too time consuming (and it got irritating). In order to up the intensity and cut workout time, I'd limit my set number and perform horse squeezes while in the clamp. I'd hold these for a full minute each time. That was working for me too... I gained roughly .1" every few weeks. I maybe gained about .2 or .3 inches of girth during that time. The thing is, every once in awhile I'd fuck my ex girlfriend and I would have a really bad premature ejaculation problem. I don't know what caused it. My cock could have re-sensitized due to stopping jelqing, or sex could've just plain felt better because my dick got bigger, or it was more visually stimulating for me because of my increasing size, or maybe since I haven't had any pussy in a long time and my ex is a hot piece of ass, or perhaps a combination of all those factors. I'll tellya, she used to be silent....now she makes a lot more noise. Whether it's "scripted" or not, I don't care...it's HOT!

Either way, it led me back to jelqing again. Oh, by the way, I took a full week off in the transition between the time I clamped and when I started jelqing again.

I think I'm going to "cycle" these two routines purposely and see if my gains continue. So far I've kept my old gains, and now I seem to be growing on top of what I had as well. I'm much more enthusiastic about my workouts now... so I don't measure at all. I don't want the disappointment. I keep telling myself I'll measure tomorrow or later. I just like the way my dick feels now. My bulge feels like a real bulge now more than ever, I hang bigger when flaccid throughout the day, and my erections have gotten a lot harder too. My dick looks huge in my ex's mouth. Looks great.

So all I can do is keep going really. If I get my hopes up too much, I'll be let down. If I can maintain just the right amount of hope and cynicism, maybe I can make it to my goals.

Man Godsize thanks a lot man you are awesome, I am glad I made this post, you are just the type of guy I like to talk to.

Ok, so you dont do reverse kegels when you Do blasters, I try to but I do not know if If I am succesfull. Anyways, so you hold the kegels blaster for 5 seconds and then the relaxed balster for 5? And you do 50 total, all in a row or in sets of 10.

Next, I to have had a pre ejac problem ever since I stopped jelqing. I also lost a lot of head size, Jelqing is the backbone of Penis Enlargement, it has been around for centuries. It works. I am going to start for sure now, You and Its Electric have convinced me. OK you count all of those reps, I cannot I loose count, any suggestions? Ilove how you include ulis and horse 440's in between sets, I am going to include those as well as my famous edging. Thanks man.

So you were gaining about .1 ever week or two, that is amazing, I am going to get right on this. I think I will get to my 7 inch girth in no time, I can gain girth very easily.

I use the same principle when I hang. I hang as much as I can in a day, as heavy as I safely can every set. Resistance+time=gains. If youre not gaining you need to add either more time or resistance. Of course, it's not always safe to just make sudden and drastic increases in the level of resistance...but, most guys could put more time into their routines. Desire is another key factor to gains. Desire will make you want to make that extra time when most other men will make excuses. Then again, this stuff just isnt that important to most guys who are doing it. Ah but they dont stop complaining about their lack of gains do they?

By the way, I'm not directing that last sentence at anyone in particular...if your feelings were hurt ....I was obviously talking to you wasnt I? :D.

I know I'm not the only one who has talked to other men and or advised them on their routines. I have had many guys over the last several years tell me about how frustrated they were and ask why am I gaining and they are not? Almost every time when I ask for their detailed routine of what exactly they do for Penis Enlargement every week....I usually see that they are lacking in one of the above areas (Time, resistance, or desire), or they are focusing most of their exercise time on things like hot wraps or exercises that are not the most productive for what they are after.

Example "Off Focus" Length Routine:

"Hey Still Heres what I've been doing for length ...gimme some pointers so I can start growing!

Hot Wrap : 10 minutes

Helicopter Twirls: 10 minutes (what DO these do??)

Half Erect Jelqing: 20 minutes

Hot Wrap : 10 minutes (again???)

Manual Stretching , all directions 2 minutes each direction...totall time 10 minutes.

I do this 5 days a week.

See what I mean guys? This is an example of some of the stuff I see guys doing and then they wonder why they are not gaining like they want to. This guy was wasting most of his workout....20 minutes worth on "hot wraps" and another 20 minutes on "half erect jelqing". What do either of those do for length ?? Not as much as stretching would. You have to do your homework, learn what exercises will focus on what you want directly, put together your plan of attack, develop a routine, and stick to it! Re-evaluate your plan once every other month and if youre not seeing the results ...ask for advice.
