I wonder if this diet can aid recovery.
eat 6 meals during the day, 3 on 3 hours.
brown rice, chicken breast, broccoli, cauliflower and
multivitamin in the morning

do you plan on eating this same meal every time you eat? sorry man but most likely you won't stick with a diet like this. need more variety. but build off a meal like this with other good healthy substitutions for each item above
 
I would replace the breast with liver, it's more nutritious, cheaper, and quicker to make. I don't like rice much or any grain like bread or millet for that matter. I eat potatoes usually for carbs, not too much, just enough for energy

liver would be good to eat 1-3x/week depending on the amount consumed each time. if he plans on eating chicken even every day it would not be a good idea to eat liver every day in its place. liver from different animals have varying health benefits and risks when consumed to frequently.

absolutely...a healthy well balanced diet will help with any growth we are trying to achieve. sometimes though we think we are eating healthy and we may not be. advertising companies are tricky like that

I've personally had more success with fat loss with intermittent fasting. You eat all your food for the day in an 8 hours time window and don't have Any calories for 16 straight hours. It's best to workout at the end of your fast and eat your first meal post workout. You still eat clean foods for max results. I've been as low as 4.5% body fat which is about as low as you can get without drugs

i was assuming he is talking about eating this diet for aiding PE gains and not through loss of a fat pad b/c he didn't say this. but then again he didn't say for penile tissue growth specifically either lol. I assumed he was talking about enhancing penile tissue cell generation.

jsjdcdssd - did you get into intermittent fasting for fat loss alone? or muscle growth as well? or just lean tissue development and not necessarily "muscle growth"?

I would assume he meant fat pad loss. I don't think any food is going to change penis tissue growth. Hormones maybe but rice I don't think so lol Asians wouldn't have an average of a 4 inch wiener if this was true. And yes I've seen enough Japanese ���� to give an accurate estimate of 4 inchs.
I do intermittent fasting for fat loss. When I'm trying to bulk up I'll eat 6 meals

lol. well rice alone...no. a balanced diet that promotes healthy tissue development throughout our bodies can only aid in penile tissue growth. if those asians were doing a good PE routine rice probably wouldnt be the best choice to specificly enhance penis growth but it would help as part of a balanced diet. generation or regeneration of every and any of the varying cell types in our bodies can only benefit and be aided by proper food intake. even time of certain nutrients can help. lots of factors at play.

as for hormones...yes. food plays a big part in proper synthesization of all hormones in our bodies. unhealthy modified chemically developed foods can even block the actions of hormones in our bodies and/or lead to imbalances in hormones and hormone functions

One day I'll probably shoot hormones into my dick but I haven't made the leap into that yet. I have some 30 gauge syringes on standby incase I do though. For now I'll see if hgh and tb500 have some effects. I already feel tb500 was a factor in my initial gains

I would not inject stuff in my dick. You can inject that gh anywhere in your body and get the same results. Also even if you did igf site injections into your cock it's going to go into your prostate and testicles and that sounds extremely dangerous IMO
 
I'm talking about the increasing pênis.e if you get the nutritional value of this diet, you will see that she provide back almost all our best nutrient deficiencies and non-fattening, and still has the multivitamin to address the lack of enzymes and nutrients remembering that are 6 meals a day each meal should be the size of a fist and half closed, in case of having to rely on the size of your fist
 
Diet, Rest and Exercise all effect a good erect size and healthy flaccid hang. Going overboard on a diet that can't be maintained is tnot the best way to accomplish a bigger size, I would say create a routine that is doable. We sometimes bite off more than we can whew and end up choking on it.

It would take extreme discipline. I have tried the bodybuilder type diet and lasted about a month lol

i feel the same about this as you...cant imagine doing that. DLD made all his gains with none so i like to follow his path

When I take hgh and tb500 i inject sub q abdominal
