First i have to admit when it comes to Penis Enlargement i have never been that consistent (except for kegal which i do religiously) and therefore have been slow on gains if any, so i was thinking of hanging as it seems both effective and lazy friendly (just strap on and let it hang, instead of hassle of talcing for pulls, lubing on and off for jelqs and getting tired hands).

So i need advice on exactly what i need to get, what to do and and how. Also could someone tell me what gains to expect.

First off, hanging is far from a lazy man's type of Penis Enlargement. It can be one of the most involved types requiring the most dedication and quite frankly it can be a frustrating pain in the ass to learn to do properly to achieve gains.

It does work however. Nobody can tell you what type of gains to expect. :D. That's like walking into a gym, finding an experienced (or someone who appears to be experienced) person and asking them how much you can expect to be putting up on the bench press in 6 months. I would strongly suggest reading most if not everything in this thread before you go any further:

I think i put it down wrong when i said lazy friendly, what i meant was that once you've got it strapped on and in position i can get on with other stuff instead of having all my attention on my dick and getting a sore hand.

:D yea well that is true! For about 20 minutes at a time anyway.

I Hang while I'm surfing the forums, Read SWM's suggestion its a really good starting place. I have gain 1" in the past year from hanging . Now I'm getting back on the newbie routine you've seen here. Its all good and switch it upfrom time to time. Also the paysite has all the excersizes in video format. And describes everything in detail. And if you need help just ask.
