Guys,i saw this theory,one quite famous actually,about focusing exercises on your tunica or the surrounding tissue(length focused/girth focused),it states that by doing it you actually improve in a much better way you gains.
So since its quite famous,and i could not find any threads regarding the after results of it,i would like to know from you guys,who actually used this option,did you have any difference,did it actually work in practice?,the theory is convincing though.

Could you expand on it a little bit more? Im not totally clear on this.

4 basic ways to gain length:

1) lose weight, exposing penis you already have
2) stretch ligaments which are holding in/back what you already have
3) express more root penis out from inside the body
4) stretch the shaft by stretching the tunica connective sheath tissue around your corpus cavernousa

For manual stretching dld ranks those in that order of difficulty. Tunica is tough.

Girth increase is all about expanding the tunica by overinflation of the balloon-like CC in the girth direction.

These effects are possible with hard effort over a long time with the free tools of our hands and mind and the excellent Mos routine SRT. Everything is in there, even the kitchen sink stretch! LOL.
