Whats up everyone! This is my first post on MoS forum and I was thinking about some interesting things during my gym session today.

First off, let me give you a little background so you know where I am coming from. Im turning 28 this upcoming april and this past year I dedicated to Body Building and nutritional education. As of Jan 1, 2013 I started prep for a mens physique competition. I started my diet at a weight of 222 lbs and I was using a diet that consisted of a highly controlled macro nutrition based theories called, "If it fits your macros." What this is, is the manipulation of the three major macro nutrients such as Fats, Carbs, and Proteins. This can be used in several different ways.

*Caloric deficit for weight lose
*Maintenance calories
*Caloric surplus for weight gain.

Ones calories count are determined by the persons goals. In my case, at 222 lbs, I needed to lose weight so I was in a caloric deficit. One thing that stood out in my research of bodybuilding was that, naturally (without the use of drugs), when your body is in a caloric deficit, YOU DO NOT UNDERGO CELLULAR REPLICATION (or, you don't grow). This is where I thought of Penis Enlargement and MoS. In the past week, I have read a lot of testimonials. Both negative and positive and one of the conclusions that I have come to are that a majority of the people that are getting the better "gains" are fitter which leads me to believe that they live a heather lifestyle. The way to facilitate more tissue growth is by being in a calorie surplus. Think about it this way. Our body needs energy. When we get too much energy (overeating) we store it as fat to be used at a later time when we do not have an abundance of energy. When we get to little our bodies eat away at the fat stores that we previously accumulated. Do you see the logic here? Overeating builds and deficit destroys.

Now, In my opinion the best way to go about growing tissue is a gradual increase from a deficit to a surplus. Take my prep in 2013 for example. I started at 222 lbs in a gradual deficit which lasted a total of 14 weeks and the deficit change week by week. At the end of my prep I was at a weight of 162 lbs and SHREDDED AS FUCK!!! (Images below) At the end of my prep my cal count as in the 2400-2500 range and I had been there for the last 2-3 weeks so my body had adjusted to the amount that I was allowing myself. Now that I was in the off season. I didn't want to just shoot my calories up by 500 or so because my body would have gained a tremendous amount of fat in a little amount of time without much muscle growth. Instead I raised my calories 50-100 cal bi-weekly so that by body could adjust to the amount that it was intaking until I was in a caloric surplus based on my weight.

In regards to Penis Enlargement and MoS, if you want to maximize your POTENTIAL for improvement make sure you are eating enough and that you limit you processed foods! IMO, you should intake a minimum of 2 servings vegetables and 2 servings of fruit a day.

I hope this helps some people out and that everyone makes the kind of gains that they are wanting to obtain. Information is power!

Keep in mind, I am a newbie and this is a post just to get my foot in the door here. Ive just started Penis Enlargement'ing and I plan to do if for a long time...Whats it gonna hurt. Ive played with my member everyday since I was a child. Now I can do it with goals in mind and not just self gratification.

Damn dude, congrats on becoming ripped. That definitely shows you have what it takes to become committed to whatever you want to achieve.


I understand your point, when I first started seeing gains back in 2009 I was running 5 miles a day while eating my fruits/veggies. DLD mentioned he saw even more gains when he became fit years ago, and it's been well known for years that getting in shape/lowering your body fat will reveal more size (the rumor was for every 30-40lbs lost you gain an inch.)

Gradual increases are the best things for workouts, whether its slowly increasing your calorie intake, lifting 5lb weights -> 10lbs -> 20lbs, or even Penis Enlargement. If you try to go full out you're not going to see much changes, but slowly increasing intensity over time brings the change you want to see.

Hey averageguy first off awesome transformation, really shredded nice work!

Personally speaking, i disagree a lot with the the comparisons of pe to bodybuilding. First of all skeletal muscle tissues are very different to the makeup of the penis (smooth muscle tissues and collagenous tissue), I dont even think you can loosely compare the two. My comment is particularly in regards to length> I beleive Penis Enlargement is the act of deforming collagen in the penis, and keeping them in that deformed state not allowing them to heal. bib a pe guru has great perspective on this.

Yes, I could rather picture that. Please realize that the health of your body is much more important than Penis Enlargement. I would never advise anyone to stop workouts or healthy living. But more often than not, hard gainers are in really good shape, body, diet, etc. These guys usually require much more stress in order to deform the collagenous tissues that restrain an erection.

The fact is, the perfect Penis Enlargementer is a guy that, while not overweight, is not in great shape, does not eat so well, has a reduced Vit C intake, etc. A guy with scurvy would be able to deform collagenous tissues very easily. This is because Penis Enlargement is predicated on stretching collagenous tissues, deforming them, in order for them to allow for greater blood volume.

The easier these tissues are to deform, and the longer they take to heal, the easier the gains.

The body needs a few things to repair collagenous tissues easily...energy, protein, and Vit C are most important. Do not cut back on protein intake. If you need to lose any weight, this would be a good time to do it, limiting energy intake. If possible, cut back on your intake of Vit C to RDA levels.

That is def interesting to say the least. I was basing most of the things off simple observations anyway. Not scientific fact. So I wouldn't put too much faith into what I posted. Newb for sure, lol. I like to think of things from all the different angles though. Thanks for the input. Greatly appreciated.
