Same here SSJ’s then pumping as I like to end everything with a maxed out penis in both girth and length from the pumping. I always end up my largest/longest inside the pump on the third and last set.

Going primarily for length now with a pump tube that I fill out in girth from the very first set.

Pumping for length requires and thinner tube . So continue with the tube as this works to make you longer
 
When I ssj I don’t use my palm I squeeze the head and I slowly make circular movements with my base clamped hand and Jelq as slowly as possible up the shaft usually about a minute
I can barely make my Jelq hand meet my head squeezing hand because the expansion in between is so wide
When I let go my penis looked like a baseball bat until I get myself back fully erect then it goes back to normal

5 times a week, which follows the 2 or 3 days on, 1 day off, until you go past the girth by 0.25in. reduce down to 1 day on, 2 days off until you have cementing effects, which average out around 3 to 4 months.

Minimum is 45 minutes, at max blood volume. 60 minutes is recommended. Optimally is as long as you can into the hours. But make sure to break the blood retention time down to 5 minutes, at max of 10 minutes, each cycle. For each cycle, squeeze all the blood out, and reintroduce the blood at max volume back in.

I'm currently between 4.75 - 5 inches in girth (depends on horniness I guess) but my short-term goal is 5.5 and my long-term goal is 6.

Any idea how soon I can see results to 5.5 inches in girth when doing this routine 3 days on, 1 day off? By results, I mean being able to not do any PE for a couple weeks and keep the gains.

Good goal to have. Push hard and go to 6.3in in girth. Why? Ladies will still fit onto that size. 6.5in during their younger days may still be too much. You can always go up but not down.

You'll reach 6in within 6 to 9 months of continuous discipline. You will cement it within 14 months, and the latest will be around 18 months. But, never lose heart. Even taking it slow, you will achieve it in 2 years. I was around at your size. It took me around 9 months to reach past 5.75in while chasing length as well. So with 7in length and 5.75in girth from 6in length and 4.95in girth, I'm getting there. My ideal objectives right now are 9in length and 6.3in girth. Pushing it every day.

Yes, it will if you don't follow the cementing process. However, even when you cement it, you lose around 1% per year. This is based an aging regressive model. However for those who are sexually active, the girth doesn't shrink.

What are you doing for length? I'm 7.25 inches in length and I'm only focusing on girth. Some length gain would be a bonus but I figured I would gain some length with the Girth program (SRT 5x5x3) alone, is that correct?

I use the LengthMaster 3 - Penis Bundle Stretcher & Weight Hanging for 3 sessions of 10 minutes BTC-5DS (5 minutes of dynamic stretches per contortion twists behind the butt cheeks). After that, pumping with the 5x5x3 routines. Right now, I modified the 5x5x3 into a 3x3x10 to optimize my length and girth at night before sleep.
 
I understand strict consistency is key to gains ( 3 days on 1 off -or- 2 days on 1 off ). I've been consistent for over 2 weeks now.

My penis is usually a bit sore to the touch, even on my rest days. I figured a few days rest would be a good idea but I fear loosing progress and any gains.

Will a few days of rest reset my gains in the long run, like set me back to day 1? I am wondering if a rest period does more good or bad?

You can take as many as 4 days of rest without it resetting. Just don't go past a week.
