Greetings to all at MOS! I've been experimenting with some different stretches along with my usual routine. I've come across a real easy way to accomplish regular intense stretches. SORRY IF THIS ISN'T NEW BECAUSE I AM SURE THAT SOMEONE HAS HAD THIS IDEA ALREADY.
For the past month I have continued on with my normal routine. My Stretching routine consists mainly of DLD Blasters and Lazy Arse Stretches. Now since I started NPenis Enlargement, I have always had difficulties with attaining a good intense stretch, even with baby powder. This is mainly because it is hard to attain a good grip, or I cannot get intense enough stretching outward from my body. Now what I am talking about is the regular up down left right stretches that most newbies start with. Between my blaster and lazy arse reps, I have found a great way to get an intense stretch. This stretch is a great precursor to blasters, just as lazy arse stretches are (as DLD has previously pointed out). I call it the Under Leg Stretch (if it hasn't previously been named which I'm sure it has).
DIRECTIONS:
This is very very simple. You can be sitting down while doing these. Just take your left arm and reach under your left leg and grab your penis by the glans. While doing this, arch the right side of your body away from the left side (the trick is that you are putting your weight into the stretch), pull real hard and hold for a minute or so. Then repeat with your right side, so you get a good stretch both ways. You will really feel how intense this stretch is if you pull hard enough, it works your ligs real good. Now you can apply different kinds of stretch techniques to the Under Leg Stretch. While your stretching with your right hand under your right leg, use your left hand to accomplish TOWs, V stretches, rotaries or whatever else you can come up with. With this technique, you will get a much more intense stretch than just pulling away from your body.
