I wanted to expand on my earlier post about two finger jelqing, as I have added a few twists to the old standby. Basically I have taken the jelq, and added a mini uli and horse squeeze to it, that's why I am calling it The UJ.

1)use plenty of a good lubricant and keep your shaft and fingers moist;
2)grip your base as deep down toward your pelvic bone as possible with the standard ok grip;
3)after getting the usual grip, take the finger next to your pointing finger and also wrap it around your shaft (make sure both fingers are resting squarely on your cs);
4)jelq to your glans (I prefer to jelq downwards), removing your secondary finger as it approaches it, but hold your original ok grip at the base of your glans when it gets there;
5)tighten your grip around the base of your glans:
6)repeat steps #1 & 2 with your other hand (leaving your original hand still locked around the base of your glans);
7)as you begin your second jelq, remove your original grip from around your glans;
8)keep repeating all of the above.

The two finger jelq is sort of a jelq and mini uli, while moving onto step 6 is similar to a mini horse squeeze. When you complete step 6 your unit will expand incredibly, substantially more then if simply performing a normal jelq. The two finger jelq feels more natural to me then even the original jelq, and it feels great while sliding up my shaft. When erect I am able to exceed 100%, thus expanding my bad boy greatly. When more flaccid, by incorporating the second finger, I feel as if I am moving a mass of material up my shaft, and I am getting a better pull on my unit which should facilitate some length gains. By using two fingers, I better assure myself of getting all of that blood up into my glans. Today was my third workout utilizing this, and I have turned up the intensity each time. No bruising or discomfort whatsoever.

Should have just said middle finger instead of secondary or next to pointing finger, but can't make the change now.

I have been doing these jelqs now for a couple of weeks. I highly suggest giving them a try, as they are substantially more intense then doing a normal jelq. When the second finger is added, especially with your other hand squeezing the base of your glans, the expansion of your unit is awesome. Your glans will be rock hard as you approach it. This is an effective jelq at all erection levels. I don't think I am exaggerating when I call these the Ultimate Jelq (UJ).

1)use plenty of a good lubricant and keep your shaft and fingers moist;
2)grip your base as deep down toward your pelvic bone as possible with the standard overhand ok grip;
3)after getting the usual grip, take your middle finger and also wrap it around your shaft (make sure both fingers are resting squarely on your cs);
4)hold for a second or two;
5)jelq to your glans (I prefer to jelq downwards), removing your middle finger as it approaches it, but hold your original ok grip at the base of your glans when it gets there;
6)tighten your grip around the base of your glans:
7)repeat steps 2 thru 4 with your other hand (leaving your original hand still locked around the base of your glans);
8)as you begin your second jelq, remove your original grip from around your glans;
9)keep repeating all of the above;
10)for an added kick, throw in some strong kegels just before step 2.

Nice technique and variation with various methods we have all grown to love. Should be a favourite this with horse 440, SSJ, Uli and even clamper's as I assume your manually clamping at times from the base with this?

It is amazing how many variations of the jelq have been created.

DLD, is there an actual listing of various jelqing techniques? There is some info on jelqing but I didn't see an actual list of options. Such a list might not be a bad thing at all, since it would give us all options to change up the usual day-to-day routines.

Yeah it would be nice to have one sticky post which lists the different exercises grouped by length/girth/combo and linked to the thread that explains them...lol. Would be a big job but a very useful resource.

Sadly I have seen over the years many great threads get lost in here and we need a hall of fame section or exercise section. My advice to you is link your thread in your signature.
