Firstly, you will get skin stretch . Secondly it isnt a ligament stretch , its attacks the external [outside] of the tunicae [penis] and this is all EXPLAINED in the TOW thread I made, goto the top of this section into the exercise thread, where everything is listed and find the TOW stretch . Also PM TennisNut, he has ALOT of expertise with this stretch and it works good too, dont be fooled for one second its a skin stretcher.
