Firstly, you will get skin stretch.
Secondly it isnt a ligament stretch, its attacks the external [outside] of the tunicae [penis] and this is all EXPLAINED in the TOW thread I made, goto the top of this section into the exercise thread, where everything is listed and find the TOW stretch.
Also PM TennisNut, he has ALOT of expertise with this stretch and it works good too, dont be fooled for one second its a skin stretcher.
