Hello all. New here, just started Penis Enlargement a few weeks ago using the newbie routine. Thought it would be a good idea to make a thread to track progress and keep me motivated.

Beginning Stats:
6.5 BPFSL
6.0 BPenis EnlargementL
4.5 EG

Shorterm Goal:
7 NBPenis EnlargementL
5 EG

Longterm Goal:

Well its been about a month since Ive started and my efforts are starting to bear some fruit.

Updated Stats:
6 7/8" BPFSL
6 3/8" BPenis EnlargementL
4.5" EG

To be honest, I was very skeptical if this would even work and wondered if I was even doing the excercises correctly. I even had to measure about 5 times because I was in disbelief. I also shaved the ole' twig and berries the other day because I got tired of pulling my pubes out while jelqing. And to quote Dr. Evil.. there really is nothing like a shorn scrotum... it's breathtaking, I highly suggest you try it. rofl

My flaccid stretch continues to skyrocket and my BPenis EnlargementL has surpassed my starting BPFSL. I've pretty much doubled my efforts the last 3 weeks. I added A-stretches and LAS work to my routine and I've been very consistent. I still haven't been able to add any noticeable girth. Is it easier to focus on length and girth separately?

Well you are almost there as far as your stats and goals are concerned. I think it is easier to focus on length and girth separately because I think either group of exercises is reliant on a certain train of thought. I have always done split routines (Length in the AM, Girth in the PM) Some guys have also enjoyed better gains when solely concentrating all efforts on one or the other. This is something I have never done because both are equally important to me. You may want to check this thread out, it has helped a bunch of the guys I work with one on one: Intensity vs. Belief. You will also find a stretching routine that I am currently using that really rocks.

Going to add some clamp work soon. Ive got a few solid months of Penis Enlargement under my belt and I think Im ready to try some advanced methods. Plus I remember reading on here that girth excercises also increase length so I would be killing 2 birds with 1 stone. I hope to reach my length goal by New Years Day, or sooner if possible. :)

I just finished my first clamp session and my god was it intense. I just did 2 10 minute clamps with some random bends and jelqs. About 15 minutes after I finished I got this aching sensation throughout my entire penis that Ive never experienced after a Penis Enlargement workout. I have a feeling Im on the verge of some monstrous girth gains in the near future. Im already anticipating my next workout. I love it. rofl

Nice ! I see you, like me, have serious problems with girth gains, and we're just about the same size. If you read my most recent post on my routine and progress log, I have a killer girth workout this month which I'm hoping will produce some monstrous gains !

Yeah, girth gains are a bitch for me. I will start a solid girth routine once Im more comfortable with clamping. Right now Im just trying to ease into it and experiment with different excercises. Im going to hold off my next measurement until september 1st so I can see major progress. Best of luck to you.

For girth the best tip I can give you is to superset the dry portion of DLD's Girth busters with constrictors using a cable clamp. Do 5 min of girth busters followed by 10-15 minutes clamped, doing whatever girth exercise you like. Repeat 2-3 times. The post workout pump will be second to none.

I love throwing a SLOW SQUASH JELQ in there too.

Was going to wait until the 1st to measure but I couldnt wait. I slacked on the stretching a bit, but Ive been clamping hardcore and I still had decent gains. I think I can reach my length goal by new years if I can keep gaining at this pace. Theres no way in hell Im going to get 6" in girth by then so I will shoot for 5.5".

On a side note, Im beginning to understand why you guys go beyond the coveted 8x6. Its funny, Im just a hair under 7" NBPenis EnlargementL and 7" just doesnt seem that big to me anymore. According to the ruler Im well above average, but Im beginning to wonder if I will even be satisfied with 8"...

My routine is fairly simple.

10 minute hotwrap

Girth: (performed every other day but sometimes I take the weekends off)
15-20 minutes of clamp work. I dont have a set girth routine. I just go freestyle, randomly doing jelqs, ulis, erect stretches (my favorite), bends, and slow squash jelqs. Whatever I feel like. After Im done with my girth I punch the clown and hit the shower .

Hot Shower

Stretches:(I do these everyday until its too painful then I rest a day or two.)
- 2 straight down
- 2 left/right not sure if there is a name for them but I prop my foot up on a bed or bathtub and pull my penis around my leg and up, then I pull straight back, then down at a 45 degree angle.
- 3 left/right A-stretches
- In between the above stretches I throw in upward stretches and rotary cranks
- Stretches are held 30 to 60 seconds.

10 Minute Hotwrap

Another thing I believe is contributing to my gains is weight training. I center my routine around mostly heavy compound movements (squats, deadlifts, bench press, etc). Studies have shown that placing the body under such stresses causes the release of growth hormones (no idea if these hormones have anything to do with penile growth but it couldn't hurt). Its also increasing my grip and pulling strength so I am progressively adding resistance to my Penis Enlargement workouts (probably the biggest factor). And to top it off I try to eat everything in sight and get 8 to 10 hours of sleep a night. I think all the things above have contributed in some way.

I will consider posting pics in the future, but I don't own a digital camera at the moment.

I took a few months off to heal but now Im back with a vengeance. I lost a little of the gains that werent cemented and recently started hanging . I will post an update when I hit 8" BPFSL.

Yeah I have no idea what my LOT is but I do seem to respond well to length excercises. I measured earlier and Im standing at about 7x5. Funny thing is I have virtually no fat pad so my BPenis EnlargementL and NBPenis EnlargementL are almost identical. Its about 1/4" difference give or take.

So all I need is 1"x1" to reach the coveted 8x6. So close.. yet so far away.

Wow man! Just read over your progress file. I'm a little bigger than your starting size just now. You have made great gains dude! Well done with that!

PS: I love American Physco, bateman is the man!
