I have been doing exercises for a while now, how will I know when im ready to start hanging ? and if so what hanger should i get and how much weight for how long?

I am most familar with the Bib Hangers. I tried several of the homemade kind but, for me they were a waste of time to make and a waste of money. Some of the other guys are having luck with them, but for me the Bib is the most comfortable i've used.

Don't rush it with hanging . Start light 1-2 pounds.

Go back to the hangers forum and READ EVERYTHING. Any questions just ask in this forum and you'll get taken care of.

I completely agree, I currently use a Bib Hanger , I almost wish I had gotten a Bib Starter though because of my flaccid size. Luckily I was just big enough to fit. :) Start light and increase by a pound every week (if you can, don't rush it, if you can't then it's ok.. this is just what I do).
